Mr. Freeze in this show is OP, the guy has real powers, he went from a guy with an ice gun to ultra op metahuman, with cool ice powers. And the problem with facing Batman in groups is that he will always do that, every fight I see of villains going together at him at the same time he at some point will make the villains fight each other or make them knock out each other and make them look like idiots.
One of the best batman and robin moments in their entire history. It's just them against their entire rogues gallery. No Justice League, just the dynamic duo!

God Kevin Richardson was so good as the Joker in this series. Rino is my favorite Batman in an animated series, you know what I think this is the best animated Batman series yet imo. Even Robin and Batgirl were good in this and Killer Croc was awesome

Yes. Batman has done that before. It's how Bane was able to break his back. Batman fought literally everyone in Arkham and won until Bane came out from the sidelines and broke his back since he was tired
Also consider this if it makes it more believable early in this episode it was reported some of those guys were captured for months and I don’t think Rumor really gave them full meals if anything right before he was gonna off them, so they were probably exhausted
Half the fight they used the fact that their enemies were uncoordinated and were trying too hard to take them out, without considering who else was around them. In the end, if your army of enemies can't work together to fend off a few troops, you turn their force against them and win.
I like at the start of the fight there's a riff on the old 1966 Batman theme and then it segues into something more modern. Clever touch. And Cat Woman gets away--again!

From 1994, there was a villain named Lock-Up, aka Lyle Bolton, who locked up all of Gotham's Elite, including Gordon. That's who Rumour is & reminds me of, and Lock-Up sounds better than Rumour.
Rumor may be based off lock up, but they are two very different characters/take on the concept. That being said, I have always wanted to see both of them return in a team up or competition sort of thing.
Killing people, even criminals, is criminal buddy. Batman himself is technically a criminal. He breaks the law at the regular. But the damage his "crimes" cause are minor compaired to the benefit they bring.
I realize that there are some villains missing in this series Scarecrow, Two-Face, Deathstroke, Baby-Doll, Court of Owls, Solomon Grundy (the real one), and more
Honestly it was BECAUSE all the villains attacked at once that they lost. None of them really worked together, so a simple dodge basically had a lot of them running into each other or firing blindly and hitting each other. Props to Ivy for getting closest to beating Batman though.
This series takes place in batmans early career. 3 years in before he was the big detective and before he had better gadgets.. Only repeating what the makers of this series said behind the scenes, Which i think makes sense
This was the batman I grew up with ❤ such an underrated show but absolutely loved the Chimes of the electrical guitar and the suspenseful rifts. Best theme also, and best version of animated batman and Robin. Not a fan of the way batgirl looked in this series unfortunately 😂
