This game is just a masterpiece of game design.
Yup. Pacing is literally perfect. Not once did I feel like a section was dragging on or that it was over too quickly. Amazing combat, especially for 2009, fun stealth, creepy yet comic book atmosphere. By far the best in the franchise imo.

Batman just killed that man through sheer pain
The Bane boss battle is kind of a let down for the character for 2 reasons.
1. His fight is just a like the other titan fights, but worse. He has less health than the 2 inmates or the 2 guards that get infected. So for being one of batman strongest enemies, it's disappointing to see he was easier to defeat than random henchmen and guards.
2. Bane is suppose to be very smart, I mean he discovered batman's identity in origins and created a chemical that could increase his strength. But in Arkham Asylum he just runs and throws things at you, like he's putting no thought into anything and just hoping he gets a hit. I am pretty sure Bane could come up with a better plan than that.
Bane is the one character that got the shortest end of the stick from Rocksteady. He was intimidating, but other than that he was pretty one-note and didn't offer anything interesting (Origins doesn't count since it was made with a different studio).
@@bananatiergodOrigins handled the reason for Bane's stupidity pretty well. Idk why a lot of people seem to look down on that game. I personally experienced some jankiness in gameplay but the story was pretty solid (granted I'm not into comics so idk about Joker being the OG Red Hood)
They should have made the scarecrow boss fight in Arkham knight just like this

I don't know if you guys ever heard about the French version of scarecrow in this game, but I find it scarier than the original one. The laugh is creepy as fuck and his voice sounds more crazy
Arkham Origins still has the best bosses till this day in the Arkham games.
