Hey guys, do you know why IMPACT XT will not let me overdub? For example, if I record kick and snare in one go, it will allow it, but if I record a kick stop the session and then try to record snare record over the kick. And I don’t hear the kik at all. Can someone please help. I hope my explanation makes sense. Thank you.

Hi, I'm curious if there's a setting in Studio One that allows for a much more pronounced visual distinction when a track is selected on the timeline and corresponds to a track in the mixer and left side channel ONLY.
Currently, it slightly brightens, but when dealing with numerous tracks, each with distinct colors, it's often challenging to discern which one is selected without having to click on the track in the timeline and then navigate to the mix window. I'm hopeful that there's a way to significantly enhance this visual indication or make it exceptionally clear which track is selected in the mix window.
Perhaps a thicker frame that outlines the active channel wrapping its left side channel strip?

Not that I'm aware of. Have you turned on the "colorize channels" setting in the mix console? Perhaps this could help. You can find the setting by clicking on the wrench icon in the top left corner of the mix console...

Hello, is it possible to see the extra impact xt channels on the mixer within the arrangements window?

No, that's not possible. UNLESS you render the Impact XT to audio by right-clicking on it's track header and selecting "Transform to Audio Track...". You'll need to be sure that you leave "Render all channels" selected in the pop-up window that displays after selecting to Transform.

Yes, you can. Click the Volume fader in the Mixer then drag the the ‘hand’ in the upper right corner to the arrangement. There is a video about this from a guy called Marcus Hyuskens.
