I use the Aussie Mousse to retwist my hair. It is the only thing that holds my hair and NO buildup! I also only used my fingers to do my parting. You used a lot of mousse, (that could just be me) I only use a small amount, and my hair lasts about two weeks, then I shampoo my hair, and I love the results of your hair.
@@Nikita-ux1dg I don't do intense workouts, but I do sweat a lot and I mean a lot, especially in my head, due to medication (strong narcotics). I just retwisted my hair on last Friday, and went out of town for the weekend and sweat like crazy because we were always on the go but the only ones came undone was the ones in the nape of my neck, the ones in the back and a few around my edges, but they have always been the ones that came undone (I have been locked now for only a year and a half. Now I can say this, if I do not mist my hair or wet it, it will stay (and I try not to for at least two weeks after retwisting so they can last). The mousse is the only thing I have used (and I have used a lot of twisting gels, cheap ones and expensive ones) that kept my hair from unraveling, nor do I get ANY buildup. I only use the Aussie or Lotta Body mousse, although the Aussie holds better, you get more usage from the Lotta Body, it last much longer, the Aussie only last for a few retwists.
It looks amazing!! I self started with 2 strand twists 4 months ago, and I've only been using foam because build-up makes me nervous. My hair didn't do very well with product as a loose natural, so foam has worked amazing for me.
Love the consistency! Will do my next wash and faux retwist at home cuz won’t retwist will just 2 strand after I wash it to save coins and my loctician is acting up coming in 45 min late to appointments and then leaving while I’m under the dryer…. Yet prices are going up… how sway
I just finished my retwist using the doux crazy sexy curly and i loved the product on ny natural hair but i will say it is super sticky so im going to find another mousse to see if better...that honey is great on my hair but man sticky fingers 😢

I’m a bit heavy handed but overall I loved the results!!! It’s been holding up well since I retwisted it
