Did KW address all the EPA issues these new trucks are plagued with?
Kenworth should make the paintable grill surround option available for the heavy duty trucks also. That side access on the under seat toolbox is excellent 👌

There a ton of new opt on blanks and like to know what option you can get on the truck because there are blanks look like switch plates and so on

Nice design features on T-380…. I would like to know if kenworth would consider to design and offer an extended cab with extra bench seat behind driver seat and front passenger seat that will allow to carry 4-5 passengers in a cab? I have some good and bad experiences with extended cab on solo trucks on both international and freightliner solo ext cab… I’m kinda hope kenworth would do better than these 2

Interesting thought but could a 40 or 52 inch sleeper from a T88/680 be ordered on a T28/38/480 from factory or installed by the dealer afterward being built ?

Andy have you seen a 1999 Kenworth medium duty made in to a rescue fire truck it it is a crew cab that I am talking about . I know of a city in Colorado that has or had one. Yes I drove it once
I work for Volvo/Mack and I really think that this new kenworth model is way superior to the medium duty mack md, hopefully this one is offered with a manual transmission since I haven’t seen any MD with one

What's that black trim piece around the door window? Looks like some kind of air or bug deflector. Is that something that can be ordered?
That is a rain deflector. It is standard on all 2.1m cabs.

I’m going to be honest Kenworth did amazing job with previous gen Kenworth box truck.
This is new one they cheaped out in alll the interior you can tell a major difference betweeen quality in this new one to previous ones . The engine bay says it alone how crowded they made it that means more cost I labor. Very very disappointed might as well buy a freighltliner at this point .

I know right, the company I work at here in Alberta, Canada has 5 of them being used as HIAB pickers or vac/steamer combo trucks. We also have a few freightliners, this new design is really starting to look like they are copying freightliner with a lot and it is honestly disappointing on how cheap it all looks.

Wow what a huge disappointment in the new Kenworth model. Interior looks so basic and cheap almost looks like a Hino. Pedals and dash just dont sit right. Motor wise it’s way to jammed pack to get worked on more wires and sensors I’m sure. Literally the one thing I can say good about this truck is the fuse box location. Overall it’s just bad.
The face only a mother could love. 🤮 Give me an International MV with a Cummins 6.7L any day.
