Everybody complaining about how long the pass took but this is actually the best demonstration of how to use this tool to get great results on afro textured hair. So many videos on RUclips with women running it quickly through large sections with end results that look no better than a bad blowout. Great video!

UPDATE: I got mine in the mail yesterday and used your slow moving technique and it WORKED!! This is on air dried natural 4b hair. My hair got SLEEK! Thank you!!!! I hope you do another video demonstrating this fully.
I have to run a straightener over my hair, at that same speed, 3 or 4 times to get those results
I use it on a rollerset to press the roots but keep the curl at the end of my hair…i do a curl at a time i can do my entire head in under 20 min. This is one of the quickest straighteners on the market.
Also, only heat tool i can use (on medium or low) thru out the week as needed and i dont notice any impact to my curl patter (i only press my roots tho, i dont restraighten the entire length of my hair)

I have this from tymo, it’s bomb! I only need one pass (i do it much quicker than this) and it gets my mid back length thick ass hair super straight! Highly recommend. Better than a flat iron.
How do you clean it??
@@DivaDivine88 i only put a light spray heat protectant on my hair when blow drying so i don’t get build up on the brush. I just pull out any hair if it gets caught. I don’t need to do any additional cleaning.
When you flat ironed your hair with this did your hair get frizzy? I used it & my hair came out great initially but it frizzed up & I used an anti-frizz serum on my hair😩
@@ashleyc3080 i rollerset my hair so no…but i think it’s bc i rollerset my hair first…i was not successful with this tool when i blow dried, it frizzed up.

I've used this. It's a very good tool. Cut my straightening time in half! I do feel I have to hit my ends with a flat iron. But that's just me.

I love watching videos of braiding how they get there hair so silky. I watch videos hours a day I think it's so amazing. I can't even do a damn ponytail but the braiding the weaving straightening. So talented. I appreciate it I was watching just to learn how to french braid but I got addicted just watching all the different braiding. The culture is so cool. But every culture has something cool about it. Thank you for the videos.

Just bought my mom one of these and it's the best to happen to us both because she has sooooo much 4C hair and its always been a hassle to straighten and stay straight for a couple days..

Few facts/ Tips
1. Only use heat on freshly cleaned and blowdryed hair (don’t use heat on dirty hair !! )
2. Never use Oil as a heat protectant it enhances the temperature and can burn the hair!
3. When you straighten your hair you are breaking the same bonds( hydrogen) bonds on your hair as you do when you are doing a twist out or braids out or simply sleeping on your hair!!
4. When using heat, silicone based light weight products are your best friends they provide a layer of protection to the hair stand! And helps the cuticle layer looks smooth hence the shine ..
4. Use a clarifying shampoo at least monthly or prior to a fresh silk press, a lot of product build up tends to come from from curl definers, co washing & other gels and oils that are used to tame and style hair. A regular product for “natural hair” is not enough to cleanse the hair properly!!

Ummm there is an S on this hot comb brush...if you pay attention to it closer you will see that there is no T or R on it....it looks like the Rifny and Tymo but look again
