I was waiting for someone to say, "out of all the Star Wars movies this one is by far the most recent." That's how I felt after seeing Episode One on opening day. What a remendous let down. It's as if George Lucas forgot how to tell a story. It was a long, slow painful mess.
Or get this, George continued to tell stories to his tastes and not how you or fans thought he should. Why is this a problem? He was under no obligation to make a film for the fans. If you want a product go watch corporate Disney milk "Star Wars".
Sad Siskel couldn't see it.
