I met Bruce Campbell years ago at a ComicCon (2010) in Philadelphia. His handler kept telling people "no more than 5 minutes" when coming up for autographs. When my turn came up, he liked my t-shirt (it was a screen grab from Brisco County Jr.), that we ended up chatting for over 30 minutes. He was more funny than you could imagine, laid back and the nicest person to talk to. The brightest spot of the whole convention.
Unfortunately I can't add a proper fresh comment ... big Bruce and X-Files fan; cried during his episode on X-Files wanting a baby. This guy needs a Star in Hollywood, if hevdoes not have one already. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

In 2007 in Baghdad Iraq, Bruce Campbell signed my pack of cigarettes as a young soldier (the only thing I had on my person other than kit) while he was on a USO tour for burn notice. He signed it "DO NOT SMOKE" followed by his signature. I no longer smoke, but still have that pack somewhere. Thanks, Bruce!
I think that's why most Bruce fans love him, because HE loves what he does... it's never just a paycheck. Well, maybe it is sometimes, BUT ANYWAY. Come You Lorne Michaels, you can make this happen
This Could Have Been Longer If Quotes From His Entire TV Career Was Included. Hercules, Xena, Jack Of All Trades, Briscoe County, Burn Notice, ETC...
I kept waiting for an Autolycus line, but it never came.
Yeah, I'll never forget him in ET 100 where he played a terminator sent back in time to teach Elliot to dance and play basketball. Weirdest sequel ever.
Megas XLR (Bruce was Magnanimous).
I hate that they mostly quoted Evil Dead, like they dont care.
Bruce is the grooviest man on Earth, I’m absolutely honored to be an Evil Dead fan.
First time i ever saw Bruce Campbell was when i was a kid, "Brisco County, Jr." and loved him ever since!
Barrrisco!!!
I loved Lord Bowler
@@Rowebot15 I love Dixie Cousins lol
@@galacticcannibl1966 I'm pretty sure Brisco County put Kelly Rutherford on the map. She's a beauty, but on the show her charm was off the charts.
I love how Bruce has his swagger dialed up even when he's not playing a part. That's just who he is, and it's awesome.
I think My Name Is Bruce is one of my favorites. Him chucking the phone out of the trailer while telling off his ex is 100% gold.
Love everything he's done, the Evil Dead films are two of my all time favorites, but Bubba HoTep was a (unexpected) special treat! Love that flick too!
I'm old, Congo was a great! Watched a few times. Favorite line- " stop eating my sesame cake! "
Bruce Campbell has been in some of my favorite movies! Movies that I can watch over and over... Loved Brisco County too, wish it had gone on longer
Love Bruce. My three top favorite projects of his are The Adventures of Brisco County Jr, Army of Darkness and Bubba Ho-Tep in that order.
Man, this video is great... LOVE Bruce, LOVE Bruce in "Burn Notice," SO GLAD that show exists...
...same with "Ash Vs. Evil Dead."
Love this guy and all his work. Burn Notice was a great show that has never needed help drawing an audience and I watched it almost religiously, but I think he was the main reason I watched it all the way through.
Bro, Bruce is the business!
Love this man's energy.
So under-rated as an actor.
Many of his films are classics.
I did not know he played the mad doctor in Escape from L.A.😮
Hail to the King, Baby.
That Burn Notice line is the best. Great show.
"Hail to the King, Baby" is one of my text notifications. Makes me grin every time.
Its unbelievable that this man remembered so much, a truly underrated gem of an actor
Bless this man. Forever. He has the best stories! “Gimme some sugar, baby!” Love you Mr. Campbell
Bruce Campbell deserved to be an A list star and have a meteoric career. The guy had the looks, he had the acting skills and on top of everything, he has the charisma. In fact, this guy is the personification of charisma. I love him and I love every rol he played, no matter how small it was, and I always will be a fan of the Evil Dead trilogy and of Ash Williams, el puto amo, as we say in Spain.
I named my son Ash because of Bruce Campbell. Both the character and the actor will always be one of my favorites. Fortunately, my wife is a big nerd and she agreed.
Unfortunately he'll be confused for a pokemon trainer.
@@nak3dxsnakeand not a good one
I mean, ash is a good name for a boy. In Norse mythology an Ash tree was made into the first man, and an Elm tree the first woman.
My son's middle name is Bruce because of Mr campbell
In Evil Dead his name is Ashley Williams.
For years I've been saying that Bruce Campbell is worth the price of admission all by himself. He's great.
I love Bruce Campbell. Love seeing him cameo in Marvel movies, loved him playing an old Elvis and Ash is one of my favorite film characters
I've loved Bruce since Brisco County. Thank you for all the entertainment ❤❤❤❤ (Sam Axe should have his own show) 😸
Legend. Nice to see Jennifer Jason Leigh highlighted as well - she should have won awards for Hudsucker
She's phenomenal in that movie
AWESOME DUDE!!!! Evil Dead, awesome moives, and ARMY of Darkness was sooooo funny!!!! Campbell is much loved!!
Hear me out bruce campbell as grunkle stan from gravity falls
He could play ford too
agreed
@@mr.azizsshitposts Yeah but I'd kind of want it to stay with JK, even if he doesn't quite look the part.
@@tubasaur agreed
Whadda guy. Whadda legend! :D Cool that he seems to be so chill and laid back too.
I always had respect for Bruce Campbell but this video bumped up my respect level for him to the stratosphere. He's an actor's actor!
The fact that Bruce Campbell can remember and properly deliver all his lines is amazing.
But also it's Bruce Campbell. Even if he forgot all his lines and said things that are completely different.. those would just be newly born iconic lines. Everything he says is iconic.
Legendary to have him do an interview on here, hope to see more horror movie icons do interviews for October and in general! And I'm always so glad to see Bruce Campbell every time he shows up anywhere.
Just put Bruce Campbell in front of a camera and let it roll. That is how great he is. Stories to last a lifetime and funnier than most.
Only Bruce Campbell can be so humble he comes off as arrogant, and does it all on purpose for comedic value.
Man i LOVE Bruce Campbell...a legend in the Evil Dead franchise and always a very compelling character no matter what his role is! Currently my wife and i are watching Hysteria on Peacock as he also in this series as well!
Bruce is a legend. If you don't get his movies you just don't get the humor. Love all the Evil Dead films. I can always get a good laugh watching Bruce nail these cheesy but iconic lines lol "This is my boomstick!"
thanks for repping Burn Notice, such an underrated show.
He's honest, funny, smart and somehow still Ash. Love it.
One of my favorite actors! I always wished the spin off episode during Burn Notice about Sam's military experience would end up getting it's own show. Chuck Finley!!
Army of Darkness is the shit 💯
My Friend Turned me on to Army of Darkness in 1987, It has been a Bruce-a-thon ever since!
growing up, watching him play pokey with a burried skele hand was gold.
also, both spidey characters gave him a powerful lesson when he needed it, "your creativity is shit", and "being late doesnt get you the girl"
I miss and love the show Brisco County, Jr.
Good times
One of the most iconic screen actors of our time. LOVE burn notice. We need to get 7 more seasons. Maybe this time it's focused on Sam Axe putting a team together.
Lovely watch, thanks for not just playing the hits and doing a couple rarer ones!
I got Bruce's autograph at his book signing for "Make Love The Bruce Campbell Way" and it's the only autograph I've ever wanted. He was genuinely kind and talked to everyone like he actually cared what you had to say. He even fielded a slew of ridiculous fan questions from a bunch of us. 😂
"Fourteen minutes? Meh- I'll give it 60 seconds."
(14 minutes later)
"Wow- Campbell really knows the industry, and he's just fascinating to listen to. I feel like I should be taking notes and I'm not even in show business!"
Great interview; also, Hudsucker proxy is tremendously underrated. Go watch it.
Absolutely ADORE Bruce!!!
Chill, entertaining and just a regular guy to boot
