Whisk plain yogurt…and milk..and add to the batter. Salt to taste. Rest the batter for five minutes while your iron skillet is getting heated…adding butter…or coconut oil gives an aroma while you making this. It is pleasant one..very healthy. I would add a spoonful of cheese for the children…and possibly…crumbled sausage for non-veg…tastes or soya crumbles for vegetarian. One dosa has 140 calories…will increase more if butter is added. Serve with ketchup or chutney or chutney powder…Thanks for sharing.

That's a fake notion that egg yolk is not healthy, egg yolk contains all the goodness of the egg and is the healthiest part, removing yolk will essentially strip the egg of its nutrition.
Change veggies for cabbage, change milk for freshly home made yogurt and add ghee to the batter and chestnut flour mixed with the oat flour, and you get a traditional north iberian food called fee"yosh. Neat breakfast and dinner.
