Good to see a comparison of the two. I own the omega Speedmaster moonphase and I think I prefer the zenith. Definitely a much more bling with the zenith and I’m hoping to see it in person soon
Got the sapphire 2021 speedy and it’s one you have to see in person. Is there a El Primero with the subdials in just one colour like black? Would look nice. Thanks for the Video comparison. ❤
There are many combinations of dial / subdial colours on Zenith. Obviously the "tri-color" is their iconic layout, but they do also panda, reversed panda or everything same colour. You can have 3 or 2 subdials, or 2 subdials + open hear. There is a lot of choice on El Primero.
The Omega looks from the 90s, the Zenith is from the 2020s. Life in the fast lane or life in the slow lane I guess. Both great watches but I’ve never been a fan of the Omega I always just think meh. Now also available in plastic.
Zenith is the best because, 1. Zenith makes their own movements. 2. Zenith produces 20,000 watches a year; Omega makes 1.4 million. Omega does not make all movements, but purchases movements from out side vendors.
The Speedmaster Professional has a METAS certified in-house hand-wound movement. They're a major player in the watch industry. Hence why they sell more watches.

The omega sea master is probably the most seen for sale. As far as movements; omega still uses ETA as they are a part of swatch and ETA GROUP. Omega went down hill the their swatch plastic watch. This is luxury, but fancy crap.
@@baba98052What are you talking about? 3861 is not an ETA movement. In fact, this movement is exclusive to the Moonwatch. You're thinking of the MoonSwatch, which does have an ETA Quartz movement.
Agree. These are all Watches. They must have mostly be similar with some nuances. Here we have chronographs. They are even more similar to each other. They will always be similarities. But there are always differences. When somebody makes a clear homage or copy - it's a different story. Here we have original watch where some people find similarities to other piece. Yesh - so what?

Appreciated this vid, confirmed the Zenith is beautiful but not really for me..... that moonwatch though is a big upgrade over the previous one imo

I wish people would stop saying rolex daytona when they show a zenith. It's getting really old annoying and looks nothing like it period. Look closer
