Have always loved your videos. You have bought a diesel which is my world. I’m working on my training programs based out of Vegas on the 3.0L Jeep. (we have a shop and train techs) You have an elaborate expensive diesel emission control system. The reason why the pump nozzle was different is that Mexico uses 500 ppm sulfur content while your US Jeeps uses 15 ppm ultra low sulfur fuel. Your emission diesel oxidation catalyst does not like high sulfur. We in the light duty truck diesel world have issues going on and the maintenance factor of these new common rail diesel. Ever want to know more from a 35 year veteran about these diesel issues let me know! Keep the videos coming!
I’ve asked Brad about this very issue a couple of times. I’ve heard that a modern U.S. diesel will not run good on high sulfur fuel in Mexico. I have had Baja on my bucket list for some time but I am concerned about taking my eco diesel down there.

Nice just got back from Baja. Went solo down to Loreto via Mexicali. Next time will be through Ensenada to La Paz ( Cabo way to Amaricanized) Nice rigs but anything will work considering roads are nicely paved( you don’t need $100k jeeps ) lol
I just made a trip to the area and went there to find out. No signs or numbers and I stopped by the neighbors property and he said its privately owned and you have to know the owner. It's not for public use or rent.
Brad, there is a small white funnel located with your stock jack in the back of your Jeep. FCA provides that for commercial-sized diesel pumps like the one you ran into in Mexico. Great video!

Mi hermoso México 😍
Great video of our region. SWEET 'chuck wagon'!! Next time you hit Mercado Negro, go the other side near the front and get some of the fattest Cortez prawns you've likely ever eaten for only 250 pesos a kilo ( which works out to about 7 bucks a pound U.S.) Fantastic grilled, sauteed in garlic butter, or even cut up to make a gourmet ceviche that you'll never forget. YUM!
Can you share the coordinates of these locations? Great work! 🙌🏽
Did anyone get the coordinates for this location?
@@GrillingwiththeBoyz Please share if you have the beach location
Hi Brad,
Thank you for your service Sir!
I am not American I am from sunny England, my son is a Royal Marine Commando so I feel like I have a right to thank men like you and my boy who protect the freedoms we ALL enjoy.
My pride and joy is my 2014 Land Rover Defender, I have to admit that I am fascinated with your Jeeps and can’t stop watching your channel!
Please keep up the great content Sir, these videos are phenomenally produced and of superb quality.
Stay safe guys!
Kind regards
Tony
Happy veteran's day!

Good morning ,i just found your channel and after just this one video in baja im hooked a new subscriber i am.great video work, clear and crisp audio and the best part is yall out there just having fun and living life.take care ,be safe and God bless you all.
Brother... you are very brave passing through Tijuana, especially in those rigs.
Wait I thought Tijuana was already a little safer,
Me and my family used to go through there in an 98 Jeep Cherokee and then a Highlander
Went last year and was super nervous but saw so many nicer cars than mine. Went in a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry. Such a beautiful place down there! If you like good craft beer stop by Agua Mala. So good!
There just passing by man I'm actually a local in tj born and raised there not going to la Coahuila or to buy drugs so there going to be fine there's actually jeeps in tj so dont worry 😁
@@carlosjeepxj así es .
what is so fuckin brave ??
As a kid back in the early 60s we had a vw westfalia camper van and traveled mexico. Good fun from what I remember. No off off roading but roads where not the best back then. 5 of us in the van.
Wow that is beautiful nice to see you guys are enjoying a Marco The chef you’re awesome
You need a funnel which you likely have with your spare tire. I had same issue. Some diesel pumps are the US size.
Big mistake watching this before dinner.
Hahaha absolutely correct.
Avocado in my country call...Buah lemak
Or mistake watching it at the beginning of a shift at work and having 5 hours til lunch... haha
Absolutely an epic trip. You guys rock 👍🏼🚙
my god MARCO im coming to try that woooooww look amazong miam
Primo Nava is one of our favorite spots in my beloved Ensenada. We got married at the Riviera and stopped to eat at Primo Nava in between taking pictures lol. Good to know they moved, we haven't been back since October 2019. I grew up with seafood around me all the time, my grandfather was a fisherman, but I'll never get used to smoked fish lol, just not for me. Loved seeing you all enjoy Baja!
I would love to go camping with you but Im not even old enough to to drive so I can’t😭
Just another beautiful trip.
It is so motivating for people who are new to camping.
Cooking by Marco gives additional taste to the beautiful atmosphere.
Thanks for making and sharing.
Our pleasure!
I'm surprised that the secarios haven't taken your stuff
Nice just got back from Baja. Went solo down to Loreto via Mexicali. Next time will be through Ensenada to La Paz ( Cabo way to Amaricanized) Nice rigs but anything will work considering roads are nicely paved( you don’t need $100k jeeps ) lol
4:15 what if i wanted to go there, how do i know who to contact to get the gate unlocked?
I’m here looking for the same thing, they just flashed that real quick..
I just made a trip to the area and went there to find out. No signs or numbers and I stopped by the neighbors property and he said its privately owned and you have to know the owner. It's not for public use or rent.
@@overlandtrailboss7257 how did you even find the place?
you guy's are camping in the greatest part. was camping there in the early 80's. i miss it baaaaaaaddddd
happy veterans day
Brad, there is a small white funnel located with your stock jack in the back of your Jeep. FCA provides that for commercial-sized diesel pumps like the one you ran into in Mexico. Great video!
It's good they brought some Land Cruisers along to tow out the Jeeps when they breakdown. 🤣 Jk. Amazing video
Really, really enjoy these videos..!!!
Looks like you all are having a blast.. Keep up the good work.! 👍
I traveled baja for 15 years, about 6 trips a year, great to see some of the old turf. I have been all over that peninsula and did alot of it in a $1500. 2 wheel drive mitsubishi pu.
Such a cool video! I was very happy to see you drive right through our ranch! Love it!!
I've been to baja numerous times and never had to buy fish . There are fish ,clams and in the rocky areas abalone , spiny lobster. We'd catch that ourselves. Love the video brings back great memories with my family.
That sounds amazing!!! Catch your meals every day. Maybe I need to get down to Baja!
What a great video, and it is wonderful to see a gently outfitted stock Rubicon and all the adventures you can have.
You guys are living your best life there on the west coast! Thank you for sharing your experiences with us.
Thank yoiu!
Glad to see you guys doing what you love Brad!!!! Awesome Video and man Marco's rig is sweettttt, Beverly says hello to both of you guys as well.
Poor Marco works like a beast !!! You guys 've got to change turns and give him a break... Hell of a great cook obviously !
I love it man!!!!! No work at all!!
Happy Veterans Day. Thank you, your son and all that have served and those who are currently serving in our armed forces.
