I miss these videos from you and not the click bait stuff. Not being a hater, huge fan but I needed a break from all the “market crash,” going bankrupt, selling everything videos. These videos really help people and helped me turn my credit around years ago!

I made this mistake of signing up for a CreditOne card, but cancelled in the first month. They are the worst!

I love credit cards. I have the Chase Sapphire Reserve and Amex Platinum. I literally use my cards for every single purchase that I make.
The perks that I get with these cards pretty much cancels out the annual fees.
But I will caveats that credit cards should not be used if you don’t intent on paying it off in full each month

I love how they write "BLACK CARD" on the black card and "GOLD CARD" on the gold card just in case you (or your many admirers) aren't bright enough to figure it out.
Graham! You should do videos delving into credit card points transfers to travel partners and tricks. Your videos would be great with the info of the points guy or Dansdeals articles. "The best card to get to travel on the most luxurious first class flight on Singapore air"

I used to get Starbucks every SINGLE day. Sometimes twice a day. I've been clean a whole month off of all sugary drinks including soda as part of getting healthy. I have the Starbucks card and now it's useless to me. Looking for a new visa to replace it so I can still get something when I shop at costco since they don't take amex.
Chase Freedom or Freedom Flex are good choices for Costco. Graham talks about both of them in multiple of his videos.

You know what? 2 3 hundred dollars is not gonna do me anything, my personal opinion I’ll rather focus on something more game changing. I love how people sit for years to figure out which credit card is going to give them another dollar.
Its doing me better than any sort of investing has in the last several years. Haven't even come up a single dollar in any of the vanguards ive invested in. Credit cards have got me free hotel stays though which is pretty neat

I used to have the Starbucks Duetto card not great not horrible. I also used to have the Gap Visa card which after you charged a certain amount would send you a $25 gift certificate that could be used at the Gap once again not great not horrible. At least they had no annual fee. I will give you thumbs up for video but next for video I want to see a positive title, enough with the negative title videos and no more videos about inflation, recession, or rising interest rates. Thanks!

I think having one solid card is important and ultimately needed to of course build a credit score. I keep it really simple with a capital one quick silver which gives 1.5% cash back anywhere and everywhere without any travel fees...
I have that card also and love it I save my cash back rewards for emergencies

For the city person who visits SB every morning before work. I would say this is the best card you can get. At least they erase that cost that is probably in the thousands if not having the card.

I'm watching the Starbucks part.... I could care less for coffee but as a monthly treat a large yum yum free of charge for a full year and then equivalent to 49/12 = $4/month after. That's not so bad! Only problem is getting a hard inquiry for such thing.

Starbucks already has a free rewards system within their app.
As someone with the Starbucks credit card I’m shaking in my boots, but I’m also employed by Starbucks so what do I know? The free drink reward alone makes it worth it as long as you’re getting a Iced Quad Blonde White Chocolate Mocha with light ice Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam and extra Caramel Drizzle, especially if you do a milk substitution.

Any card with no grace period and charges you fees just to swipe it is a terrible card to get its best to look at terms and conditions on every card before you apply for them so you know what you are getting into before you decide to apply for them

Honestly the worst part of that Creditone thing is that Capital One is actually a good credit card company. I had to hire a lawyer to get my damn account closed with Creditone cause I kept asking them to close it and they said they did so - but didn’t do so.
Same here..I had to threaten them to close it, after fraudulent charges where made. It was odd

Yea I got the feeling the charges they kept citing were them randomly charging me and not fraud after a while - they should be shut down tbh nobody should have to deal with that.

So fun fact I've actually seen people come to the restaurant I work at with the Luxury Gold Card and they're always richer types who honestly could probably sacrifice the $1k annual fee just to have a cool looking card

There are retailers who can make cool looking custom cards for 100-200 as a flat fee... no need to get an expensive black or gold card

A relative used my credit cards ran up to the limit maxed all my credit cards When I was able to check this out I didn't charge all these cards Had to file bankruptcy So now I have T-Mobile after me that I didn't sign for did not go in store and purchase phone with them,any organization that can get me out of this mess please will be appreciated in the comments
