Ugh, this video is so good. I did this procedure at my school and your lab (and equipment) is sooo nice.

This video is so great. Recently I have researched in the field of flexible electronic devices and viewed several related papers about your video. I think this video could be better if you can promote something which can introduce the basic scientific theories or characterizations toward to final devices. For example, the definition of wavy structure, the working condition requirements of it and so on.

Thank you for adding the information in such a great video.
I was wondering where exactly is the location of made sensors on the device?will it be in contact with the fluid flow through the microfluidic? and will it be possible to do the same thing using gold with slight changes to the protocol?
    Thank yuo

      Hello Maedeh,
Thank you for watching the video and leaving a comment. Well the relative location of the sensor with respect to the PDMS block depends on your design - since they are separately made, you have the freedom to choose the location.
Also, the electrodes in this video are not in contact with the flow - they are covered with a PDMS layer that is spin coated on the glass slide. You may skip that step and simply bond the PDMS block to the glass slide.
Yes, you can perform similar protocols to make gold electrodes as well with slight changes.

can I ask which primer did you use on aluminum layer before applying photoresist?

Hey really nice video.Could you please tell how would your what will your electrical circuit sense or measure and how will it work exactly??

      Thank you.
We connect the terminals to a high voltage DC power supply in order to have electric field in some spots of the micro channels.
      It is aimed for dielectrophoresis.

What are the prepolymer and curing agents you used for PDMS elastomer preparation?

Hi, I am sorry for late response.
One package of the PDMS elastomer costs about $50, you can find it in below:

Hi, I've some questions Regarding this...
1> How did you put the aluminum coating over the glass slide?
2> how did you fabricate mask for mask aligner?

      Hi Surjendu,
You can contact EMF, the link in below is what we used:
