I think this video could be better if you can promote something which can introduce the basic scientific theories or characterizations toward to final devices. For example, the definition of wavy structure, the working condition requirements of it and so on.

Well the relative location of the sensor with respect to the PDMS block depends on your design - since they are separately made, you have the freedom to choose the location. Also, the electrodes in this video are not in contact with the flow - they are covered with a PDMS layer that is spin coated on the glass slide. You may skip that step and simply bond the PDMS block to the glass slide. Yes, you can perform similar protocols to make gold electrodes as well with slight changes.
