You sir, are a true gentleman by sharing all this with us punters. I'm feeling more confident about my next little venture thanks to your videos. CHEERS!
Very interesting to see that you could mold it with an under-cutting. I'm thinking of molding something that needs that type of feature. Thanks for all your great videos!
Thank you Eric. I liked and subscribed. Lots of detail info here now I need to implement it. Stay safe.
Thanks you too
great video
Awesome
What kind of or make of clay do you use?
can you use the 100% silicone caulking tubes you buy at the hardware store to make silicone molds?
That is an air dry material, you can use it but it will take a long time to cure
What proportion of vaseline and naphtha do you use to make the mold release? Thank you.
Maybe 60/40 M/V or 70/30
I'm a beginner and I really like your video. My first question though is once you take the piece out, how to you get all the clay out of the crevices, etc. to make sure when you cast, you are getting silicone in all the places?
Use a tool you make, old chip stick or modeling tool
silicon is required to warm and is recycleable for other item it can mold plastic bottol nd it 's price please reply
Bhupendra Desai hi ,this might help you, smooth-on ..brand

I have absolutely no idea what you're asking me but you know how to figure out the volume of something so you'll need to do some basic math to calculate how much material you need for your volume
Hello sir what is the blue liquid you mixed up with the silicone thank you
Pigment
@@EricStrebel thank you sir I have design of a plastic product is this resin casting process enough to make at least 20 product per day and what resin type should I choose urethane, epoxy, acrylic in order to make the curing faster and thank you very much you helped me a lot.
It will depend on the properties you wish the final product to have, check with suppliers to get the right urethane resin for your project.
@@EricStrebel it's a small table 12cm*12cm*10cm lamp how much time it takes for fast urethane to cure sorry for my bad English
@@abdra4724 depends on the resin, consult a local resin supplier for resin information details, best of luck.
