My guess is that they are suppressing abuse, the little sister is mad at big sister for not protecting her.
Big sister has tried to erase the abuse from memory as well as protect her sister.
Their boundaries were blurred, they became dysfunctional.

Marina is so pretty. It looks like the little sister has a lot of animosity towards her big sister. The younger sister is ill mannered. It doesn’t matter what you are it’s how you carry yourself.

Wow, I really needed to hear this. As an older sister of 2, I was the other mom. I missed out completely on my childhood, and now that we are adults (me 25, sister 20 and 18) I struggle to see them as adults. I saw them as children still because I was always taking care of them. When Karamo said “stop being her mom”, that’s exactly what I need to do and just see them as my sisters and let them make their own choices without interfering or trying to “save” them. I want what’s best for them, but they can make their own choices and low key I’m being held back trying to live their lives for them.
This channel has taught me a lot and is super therapeutic. Thank you, Karamo! 💜

Pink sauce aside, this episode spoke to me. As the oldest daughter I too was very young with a lot of responsibility placed on my shoulders. I still am working through it now and learning to step back and not always feeling like "taking the reins" is always my job. It's a process, so I am proud of these ladies for taking the first steps!!

This just broke me down. I am the 2nd oldest of 7. But the oldest. I’m tired of all this on my shoulders. But me and my siblings still struggle. And my mom still has an addiction. It’s so deep smfh. I have four kids of my own. My eldest is in college and I’m still mom to 6 other siblings and 4 kids I have birthed. And I block out so much from our childhood. We need help so bad
Sadly what they're blocking out is zexual abuse. Their dad, uncle, brother, or even a female took advantage of them, and they cope by blocking it out. When they talk they're come to that realization. I don't know them but I've survived abuse. Only for me I didn't block it out, it tore me apart for decades. Still recovering.
Eldest has the load. Our eldest sister hated us, but Dad and mom told us to listen and act good. You can't remove her from big sis mode

He’s not solving cases😒 they’re holding in things making it hard for him to help them heal. He saw the apology was intentional but wasn’t enough to keep them from fighting.

damn i’m only 15 months older than my sister and this is almost our exact dynamic. this episode honestly opened my eyes a lot
she’s autistic (undiagnosed until about a year ago) and i was always tasked with keeping her under control. that meant monitoring how she played, communicated with friends/family members, her choices. it was like this unspoken rule that i had responsibility over her because i was more “in control” of myself
once we were approaching young adulthood she tried to talk to me about sex stuff and i literally told her to stop because it was freaking me out. i still saw her as a child. now i’m realizing that’s because i was parentified in our relationship

THIS WAS ME AND MY SISTER CANT STAND ME TO THIS DAY. I had an older sister that acted like she hated me so I want to treat her like the sister I never had and she can’t stand me to this day. I’m good with it because I was good to her but I had to back up because I was getting too hurt. When I say everyone that’s against me is her best friend it is what it is and I really wished I had put my love into someone else.
