You are mostly correct that gas is gas and it's provided by mostly the same companies. That being said some of these companies that purchased a gas will use less additives which serve as a cleaner to your engine and valves. Stay Safe. Blessings
From a former auto - tech you can and should use your own additives, Sea-foam, Z-max, STP... whatever you want to use can be beneficial, no matter what gas you use to make up for that 5%. Option 1 allows to claim MORE than your actual expenses. Option 2 allows you to get back just what you paid on your expenses.

I've been driving a month and a half and I live in the Pittsburgh area. I've already worked downtown before and drove enough on my time to learn how the work place is. 4:30 is my start time and I'm roughly 12 miles away. I've had the same passenger 3 times as of today so I know is address when it pops up. I drove him out to the airport this time which is the longest trip with him. 3rd time is the charm cause he figured I live close. Pittsburgh has a schedule like clockwork. At about close to 10 it starts to die down. I might head home around noon. Between construction constantly changing I get out of town cause traffic defeats the purpose. I could say alot about lyft but I'm going to keep it short and simple.
I try to keep music as neutral as I can. If someone happens to be Hispanic, I may turn my SiriusXM to Caliente 151 or a nice jazz station like Watercolors 66. No heavy metal unless requested and some country. Blasting music is out of the question.
daytime riders don't tip. It's ashame bec uber needs daytime drivers but we get far less in bonus offers, hardly any tips, traffic is way more congested and riders make us wait 5-7 min consistently bec ubet allows it. I don't have the option of driving nights or weekends bec I'm a single mom.

This guy is a nice man. However, I learn nothing from this man, he states the obvious. He cites using Costco for getting gas. No need for that, I use a 4x triple cash back credit card, the upside app, and the local discounts from gas stations in my area. Each time I fill up I save 20% on gas from what is posted on the pump at almost any gas station I go. My car ECM unit ROM has also been reprogrammed to reduce gas consumption by 15% rivaling a hybrid engine, in regards to gas consumption. This is just one example, I did run a business for someone else for 16 years. My motto, identify, maximize, and monetize.

You mentioned you can make 30 dollars an hour in your small market. My question is, is the 30 dollar what you gross or net?
Few drivers consider tax implications. You have two options. Drive a cheaper paid off car and claim miles - about 62 cents a mile when you driving a passenger or drive an expensive gas guzler and claim expenses. Option 1 allows to claim MORE than your actual expenses. Option 2 allows you to get back just what you paid on your expenses.
@@TheFvonreiche This has nothing to do with my question. Rock on kid.
I would bet on "net"... RSG is always promoting to know your costs.
Have you ever checked out the SHOW ME THE MONEY CLUB live stream Tuesday evenings on RSG?
@@shannonharris yup. If I don’t catch it live I watch it after
@@Rational_Driver as I will take you with a grain of salt... I'm in smaller market and have at least paused driving bc it's currently not worth it and due to other circumstances that I won't go into here...
But isn't it strange I've seen you in SMTMC club comments multiple times promoting your services, your site and your spreadsheet cost Calc?
Where is your entertaining live show drawing people in?
Why do you need to use someone else's show to promote your services?
Why have you not been on the show or a contributor to RSG?
Sounds like someone is jealous to me.
I like their show mostly for Sergio, who tells it like it is...
Lmk when you have as many ENTERTAINING contributors and go live... And I'll check you out.
When you going to teach us how to trade ?
I barely get tips from airport passengers. Even when helping with luggage. I'm in LA market. Go figure.
I'm not sure how old this video is but it depends on the car.
You are still seeing $150+ Quests/bonuses???
TY
I try to keep music as neutral as I can. If someone happens to be Hispanic, I may turn my SiriusXM to Caliente 151 or a nice jazz station like Watercolors 66. No heavy metal unless requested and some country. Blasting music is out of the question.
Guys, you gotta learn how to hook-em. You gotta make them feel obligated to tip you. Throw out some hook’ems.
Wash your car once a week?! No way. I wash and vacuum daily! Too many people daily... do 20-35 rides daily.
Learn how to hyper mile. Also learn how to maintain your own car. It’s easy. 👍
daytime riders don't tip. It's ashame bec uber needs daytime drivers but we get far less in bonus offers, hardly any tips, traffic is way more congested and riders make us wait 5-7 min consistently bec ubet allows it. I don't have the option of driving nights or weekends bec I'm a single mom.
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
buy a car that is the lowest cost per mile done
And then keep said car maintained especially if you intend on doing rideshare for the long haul
My bank said the best vehicle for rideshare is a leased vehicle
Damn gas is 40% of what we make here
Don't get robbed should be number 1. I got armed carjacked by a teenager and lost all income. Not fun
I 🚕LOVE MY TAXI
The only accurate thing he's saying is about driving I drive from 3:00 in the morning till 11:00 in the morning and I make damn good money non-stop rides back to back but as far as being polite nice driving the speed limit doing things correctly it's not it's not a help it doesn't help at all I have been completely nice laugh Kiki joining conversations with people in my car and 5 days later still haven't got a tip from them so it doesn't matter how nice you are to people whether you get their luggage out or you have them with their wheelchairs or their walkers and I've done all of that and gotten absolutely no damn tips like good morning how are you have a nice day God bless you all those things I've even had drinks and candy in my car for passengers wasted my money on doing nice things for the passengers I have done so many good things to get my tips up and I still don't get tips and I'm in Atlanta Georgia it's just the people selfish greedy people that don't want to get up off the dollar like and it'd be a lot of rich people getting my car they don't tip it seems like they're they're like it's against the law the tip somebody or something here in Atlanta and there may be other people on here from Atlanta that do get tips but like I said now getting my car they speak I speak we don't say s*** the whole ride I play some jazz music or some gospel and I keep it cute I don't do or go out of my way any f****** more because I feel like it's a waste of energy and time and I don't have that to do I'm just here to do a job get my money and go and Uber doesn't pay enough Lyft doesn't pay enough since they started this b******* ass up front pricing it's not even really worth driving anymore like you might as well just go get a regular 9-5 and get paid every week I can make more money have more money in my pocket being honest which is why I now only do it on the weekends or when there are events like this weekend it's the PGA little s*** in Augusta you damn right I'm going down there and I'm going to stay down there the whole weekend I already got my room booked
Enjoy your video, and would be a bit more enjoyable if you weren't constantly moving and rocking. I find it distracting. Other than that, good stuff.
Cool, Why are you here?
Here is how to maximize your revenue stop driving for Uber and Lyft and get a real job, you’re welcome!
Great video 🎉!!!!
