Thank you for this. I dug a ton of bottle caps because I had the first 15 rejected. I won’t be doing that again!!!

Jeremy, as canslaw said, you do a great service to those of us wanting to have a better understanding of our detectors. I swing Deus 2 and it’s listening carefully and testing the settings they way you do that makes me a better detectorist. I only hope to know half as much as you.
Thanks for your time with all these lessons.

That small coil is so nice on the detector compared to the stock coil

It sure is!! We only use the SX24 now. Jim found a gold ring with the FindX Pro the day before yesterday.

I hope the people that are new to the hobby understand it takes years to learn these techniques on your own. Here is free lessons to make you a better detectorist. Paystreak, I was wondering if the Findx stock coil seperates as good as the stock coil on the Simplex Plus, have you used it ? Thanks for sharing,I hope nobody in my town wathches these vids. or there wont be anything left in tne parks but iron😂.It hard enough to pull good targets out as it is, 😅😅 Your parks are way cooler than mine. We have scrappy parks,

I have not tried the SX28 coil on the FindX yet. I think it will be about the same as the Simplex. I will try the SX28 in a couple days. Jim and I are headed to the beach on Wednesday.

Friend, how deep can this device detect? I'm sorry if you said that in the video. I'm from Brazil and I don't speak English. As it is now arriving in my country, there is no video talking about it. Is it really worth buying? Grateful!

There is probably over 100 factors that have an influence on depth of detectors. All soils are different. Soil moisture, soil minerals, targets on edge, length of grass, conductivity of targets, size of targets, targets masked by iron or foil....all these play a big part in depth. This soil you might get 6" deep on this coin.....then that soil you might get 3" deep on that same coin.

OK! Do you believe that a multi-frequency device would be more successful in this type of terrain?

@@Vincent-tn7utsorry for being late with my reply, i think he doesn't want to use multi frequency under most circumstances. i hope all goes well with your adventures!
