I know you love your Deus 2 but how much do you love or enjoy using the Legend…? Do you feel it is lacking or does it give you the same or almost the same confidence as using your Deus 2… With the L15 being a lighter coil I would think it would almost be as light as the Deus 2…. Hmmmm I love the videos too! 🏆🥇🏆
What makes you choose when to hunt with only the hand digger or with the bigger shovel?
Nice to see you using the legend lately.
Just wondering are you using the 1.17 on the legend, if so, did you see any improvements?
very intresting video paystreak..! you are the best detectorist for me in the whole wide world... what you thinking about the fisher f 75+ and teknetic t2 + ? good detector or no. many greeting for you and family . greeting mirko
I upgraded from a Garrett machine to the Fisher F75 about 3 years ago. I absolutely love the F75. It goes deep!!! Great separation in the iron. I mainly hunt parks for jewelry and some old home sites. It's a quiet machine around EMI in my area. It is an 11 year old machine, though. Technology has changed a lot since then. It's also not fully waterproof. For the price, I've been hearing good reviews on the Nokia Tripple Score. Someone did a side-by-side test on the F-75 and the Tripple Score, and they were about even. Hope this helps. Lots of options out there for detectors.
JACKPOT - spandex target.
Nice video, haven't seen the simplex out in a while
I have not used the Simplex Plus in a while. I did use the ultra a few times last year.
@PaystreakSuperfreak you you should pull that baby out for old times sake 😂
@PaystreakSuperfreak simplex was machine I started on my speaker has sence blown but I found so much good stuff with that machine
Su bobina da 9 non serve a nulla serve solo su 11 e 11x 13
I do not use this coil balancer on any coils. It makes the coil awkward to swing
I’m really liking my 13” coil! Wish the new elliptical coil would hurry up 😂
I don't think it will be too long! THAT IS WHAT I SAID 2 YEARS AGO.....BUT HERE WE ARE!!

Thanks Wesley!!
Nice ! Happy New Year
Happy New Year to you too!
🎉
That little coil has served me well. It really is unbelievable that after 3 years Deus has yet to drop a small coil for the D2...
This is ridiculous how long it has taken for a coil. It surely has not been a priority for them.
As i am suffering from pneumonia at the moment i dont get out so i did some reading, i found that Fisher Lab is amongst the oldest companies producing metal detectors, do you have experience with them, are they still any good/competative to the minelab/xp/ nokta or maybe developing something new? What is your opinion? Greeting from the Netherlands, djkam .
Fisher Labs still makes the F75 which is a good detector but way overpriced. Fisher has not released a modern detector that is waterproof, Li-ion batteries and multi frequency compared to the other manufacturers. Fisher is behind in the game for this hobby. I have used a few Fisher detectors many years ago when they were competitive.
@PaystreakSuperfreak thanks
If you lived near the beach (Miami beach) would you stick to parks or beaches?
Beaches. The jewelry on Florida beaches is sickening!!!
In 1980, I met a guy who was getting into metal detecting. I knew nothing about the hobby, but I bought one that was the same as his...it was a White's CoinMaster...and we had so much fun going out metal detecting in old parks and school yards and old houses around town. The sounds made by various metals on those detectors was amazing...and you could always tell a silver coin by the "round" sound the detector made. He and I are still good friends, but the detecting days were over a long time ago. Great times.
I am glad you had good times with the CoinMaster and you still have your friend. Memories of great hunts still get talked about between me and my friends.
@@PaystreakSuperfreak Thanks for the note.
this has to be from last year because the tot lot chips are pretty frozen here in yakima right now
This was from June 2023 or May 2024.
I wish they would come out with a 5 x 9 coil

This dude knows what he is doing I watch his every move and the way he knows his machine and his hands on everything he finds and cutting the top ground plugs and placing the plugs back and removing the treasure and or trash he is fast in all and the time I seen all those coins from years of collecting he might be the world's most meatel detecictist of all time good job mate keep the good work up yours truly from that land down under
Thanks, mate!
Some Toronto tot lots are super trashy, plastic, and foil and stuff, so much foil that if I scrape the wood chips with my coil and see the foil I won't even pick it up cause I'll be there all day, and I'm only in Toronto 1 or 2 times a month so I can't keep on top of any particular playground
I understand what you mean about foil. I often find lots of foil in the ground and I usually leave it.
Sometimes giving it a little scrape isn't a bad idea. If you expose it there's a chance the wind will blow it out of the tot lot for you. :) A chance......lol. I find you can do one of two things with a lot of foil bits around. Switch to a lower sensitivity so you're only going to hit on objects of a significant size or signal strength or run really low frequency to avoid the smaller bits of foil or both. Last but not least I find that often running a pitch program will help a lot. The reason being is that you'll get used to the sound of the average bits of foil etc and you can just hit on the items that scream a bit louder than normal. Very helpful in trashy spots I find. Just takes a while for your brain to get used to the noise then you're off and running. I love pitch modes. As a Canadian, our crappy clad will also usually hit fairly loud in pitch mode as well, regardless of the numbers. So you can learn to dig all that rusty clad up as well. :)
heres a question, your using it to hike to a sandy swimming hole ith a sand scoop or travelling with it. So the beach is busy and you ont want to leave it behind, now what. the 280 i have is not very flexable and will be hard to put in a dry bag to bring with you. Trying to solve that issue for awhile now. the 240 will but its not big enough with no tie downs for a sand scoop.
The 240 backpack is very narrow so a sand scoop would be tricky and like you say there is no straps for a scoop. Whenever I detect on the beach or in farm field, I always have to go back to the car for lunch and to switch gear out. I never carry a backpack on my back when I am metal detecting because it is very hard on your spine to bend down many times with a backpack on. Backpack will wreck your back if you use them while metal detecting. You may not feel it now, but when you get older, you will regret metal detecting with a backpack on your back.
I mainly water hunt, cant drive to the beach here and pretty busy, my idea was to backpack it to the beach quick assembly, sit in the sand put the water shoes on as we have sea urchant then stuff everything into a dry bag to pull behind me. Theres a lot of locations and n place to park a car, i use a form of taxi to get near it then walk in.
Still doesn't show the decent finds ....i don't understand..why put the decent finds in the title and not just put a simple picture in your community section... ?
I thought this ring was a very cool find. Maybe I will post a picture of it in my community section.
@PaystreakSuperfreak probably is.. it's kinda stupid to put "beautiful gold ring" in a title . And nobody can see it . Don't bother putting it in the title if you don't put a pic at least in the community ...
60 years of the new tech is better, and we know what we knew then .Physics can't be defeated by micro chips . It is easier to see on a 50 year old Whites signal meter than to explain . The meters showed a scale for the reading of different metals. Sounds great . You can see aluminium against gold on the scale , the problem is the scales overlap, so it might be or not be one one the other. Turning up sensitivity increases depth but at the cost of pinpointing precision . Any depth gains have been achieved with larger coils ,not better chips . Ergonomics , light weight, and quck tuning are the real gains. The human intuition , reading the machine, is not perfect but beats the chip.
One l forgot. The hand-held wand is a miricle . The time saved locating an object once you open ground is as close to a miracle as you can get.
To many dudes for me
You would probably have 40k subscribers by now if you showed what you found at the end of the day, for your followers, even though this is only a small part of the day.
Many times at the end of the day all my good finds are inside a ball of wet clay. Many days we metal detect until it is dark. I do not have the patience or software for editing videos.
Do you prefer zero discrimination at most sites?
I prefer the disc at 44 in full tones on the D2. I have other programs that have -6.4 disc
Hi sir. Need an opinion from you. Between minelab xterra pro and nokta find x pro, which one you recommend?
I have used both. The XTP has a very big handle grip but works well. My buddy Jim swings the FindX Pro and finds many rings and coins with it.
thas why the Nokta Makro Impact Pro is still the best out there !!! 😂😂😂
Jewelry Jim never fails!
Nice one Jim. Looks a decent looking ring
Jewelry Jim the ring king , congrats jim good video paystreak
Jim smashing the rings. I like when an old or really unique ring comes out of the ground.
Man I had a love hate relationship with the ORX. Also found some great stuff with it!
I just could not get on board with the ORX. I got very frustrated with it because the EMI in the parks and curbs was too much.
DEUS 1 OK 😂 ORX IN THE PARK THERY COMPLET DISASTER 😂
I tried the ORX in the park and it was very hard to dial in, The Deus 1 is much more tunable.
With all that walking you do while metal detecting, I bet you get plenty of exercise.
If that were true most detetcorists would be slim! They are not lol.
Metal detecting is low impact exercise. Medium to high intensity exercise and a healthy lifestyle is needed to stay in shape. I have gained about 30 pounds since I quit smoking over 3 years ago.
@@PaystreakSuperfreak I walk for one hour every day.
1st 👍
What kind of hand digger and sheath do you use? I’ve been looking for a sheath like that that works well in the front but haven’t found anything that seems heavy duty and works so well. Love your videos. Thanks
I use a Whites Digmaster that is no longer made and I made my own leather sheath. I have a playlist of videos on my channel on how I made my leather sheath
@@PaystreakSuperfreak Thanks I’ll check those out.
This is a real first world problem to have. A good first world problem!
Have you ever dug into someone’s water service line or irrigation pipe?
Never!!
I bought the Phoenix at the beginning of 2024 the best shovel by far for perfect plugs. It makes a much cleaner cut. Like you I purchased the spartan I'm waiting for it to come in the mail. It will work good in the woods and fields. Thank you for the video helped me to make my choice. Predator tool is the way to go.
🤢🤮
Hey Jeremy, do you live and hunt in Oregon? Although we would never consider eating the stuff you eat 🤮, the wife and I really enjoy your kitchen video's.
I do live and hunt in Oregon. I have many food videos coming soon. I am getting low on metal detecting videos to post. I will have some house construction videos starting next month.
That’d would’ve made my heart sink pulling it out with that kind of shape. I thought it was a U.S. belt buckle at first.
That would be cool digging another buckle.
I found one of those!
I wish it were brass instead of iron.
I don't think I saw your coin ball opening for last year. Did you forget us 😢
I don't think I've ever been able to take out a solid coin ball in my soil, they kinda form but don't really come out, break apart I saw paystreak opening some coin balls but the video might have been a few years old not recent
I will have to open a few coinballs in the next few days. I will make a video and post it.
@@PaystreakSuperfreak Uh uh uh uh 💪
Don't forget to kiss your coinballs for good luck. 😂
Hey man, I can’t get an answer on this, but if anyone can, maybe you can. WHY have decimals in the very low discriminations under 10 if it is just based on the VDI? Is it for when you are trying to just discriminate the earth and you need to get that precise with it? When would you get down to the tenth of a VDI??
Tenths increments are for fine tuning when in iron or harsh soil. Minerals are negative discrimination and iron is positive up to about 7 or so. You may not find the answer you are looking for because it is very difficult to answer your question.
