Interesting. At some point I'll have to investigate the details, but based on this review, I can't see myself watching this film, if it is going to insult the integrity of Maximus from the first film...especially when the ending to the first movie was so perfect, and should have been left well enough alone.

I did not watch G II and won't, but I have stated without confidence that it was a really bad movie...now, armed with your excellent Review, I can confidently state it's a bad movie. I like the way you took apart this movie.

I saw G II opening day. IMO it stunk.
I thought the visuals elevated it just above "it stunk," but I agree with you
