Check my Etsy shop for sewing kits + curated supplies: www.etsy.com/shop/sewingreport Best part is that all of the pieces have been cut out already, so you can get to the fun part of sewing right away!
I've had some of these fabrics for years and didn't know what to do with it, but it helped to automatically start trimming scrap pieces into 2 1/2 inch squares so they were ready to go.
I like that you use glue to hold the fabrics together. Maybe I’ll try that. I usually pin or use wonder clips if I have multiple layers. It looks like you get great accuracy.
What a great project and lovely way to use up fabric scraps, I'd imagine. I have this saved to my playlist of projects for me to try in the future. =) BTW, I've been trying glue basting this week based on your tip and am now recommending it to my friends.

Wow, thank you! That means a lot to me!
Great project! Your tutorial is great. I like the details you give, such as the stitch length. Thanks!
Beautiful, I may actually try this.
Awesome!!!! Happy Thanksgiving!
Oof, the bag's practically a gift in itself! Gonna have to try these specially with the holiday themed fabric sales going on.
