My point is price will flatline if market is bad and increase slowly if market is good

Covered paved lanai. Would fence and add a pool. Spacious primary. Agreed. Hall bathroom is big. 2nd home ok elevation. Paved garage. A peak of the kitchen on entry. Agreed with first bedroom or office space with those doors. Admire the floors as you tour the remaining bedrooms. Big breakfast nook. Great laundry 🧺. Primary ok. Lovely en-suite. Gotta add another rack in the closet. Agreed. Fence and pool Haven’t been to Universal since 2018. Glad you changed but you were working that blazer. The dessert log is calling me 😂😂. Oh no.
