Kaleb, these houses 🏘️🏡, are so fabulous!! They are so roomy, comfy, cozy and so versatile!! These homes wouldn't have, a hard time selling!! The neighborhoods are pretty cool 🆒🆒!! Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home. Nice elevation. Dining up front. Nice kitchen. Big living room. Nice bathroom. Oh. 1st bedroom has access to the backyard. Good size laundry 🧺. Could squeeze a breakfast eatery to the left of the living room by the primary. Closet doable. En-suite small. Covered tiled. lanai. Nice pool enclosed with yard left. 2nd home nice elevation. Unique color. Nice floors. 2 front bedrooms and bath (dated). Floors differ in the front bedrooms and main house and primary. Nice open concept. Designated dining and breakfast nook. Primary ok. En-suite dated but clean like you said. Covered enclosed lanai and pool. Both homes nice. Hey. Happy 1st year anniversary. Love Mexican. Everything looks yummy. Glad you enjoyed. The second Home under $400 K is really nice, I like the pool area a lot, and the gas Range in the kitchen. A lot of value.

I like how you show homes built in the 1990s-2000s. I don’t care for the new construction unless we are talking about 1M plus fantasy homes that I wouldn’t buy anyways. I guess I like the unique FL construction from those decades and the better quality material.
Edit: I do think it’s weird when people remodel a bath and cram a soaking tub into a space that feels like it’s too small. I don’t think it’s needed.

Didn't like the tile on the wall. Should have invested money updating the primary bath instead. Would love to see a walk around outside the house with condition/year of A/C unit.

Where should I put the AC air handler in Florida? The garage is the worst place as far as the risk of pollutants and carbon monoxide entering the house.

Home Owner Association. You have to make a monthly payment and they regulate the area. You must comply to whatever they say as it relates to property upkeep and more. It can raise at a moment's notice. If possible, it is best to avoid the fee, because it can be volatile. And rarely offers a return. Just throw away money to make a developer richer.
Home Owners Association, that’s when you have to pay an extra fee per month to maintain the community areas.

That price is a whole entire joke for the size and location. LMBO LOL Smh Noooo Noo No Smh Almost half a million dollars for a home in Kissimmee that's not even 2,000 sq ft minimum... Haaaaa Haaaa I have to laugh. Look how old it is... Smh So brother, no shade to you because you do a great job with your tours but this home should be NO MORE than $120,000 MAX.... I am so happy I left Florida when I did back in 2004. The market there is NUTS! A true Floridian would never... LOL Smh WOW

Well I'm just speaking for myself personally. I prefer like you did before. You would show three homes instead of now you're showing two homes and rushing through that because you're gonna go out to a place to eat with your girlfriend and tell us how the food was. I subscribed because I enjoyed you showing the homes that's what I was interested in not eating places. It's just constructive criticism not always wonderful comments , just honesty that's all.
