Damn. I paid 3k for my 98 caravelle fully boated (no wood) with a mariner 90 hp in damn near mint condition! Awesome work though. She’s beautiful. I ran across an amazing deal
Only thing that matters is it worth it to you. I wouldnt pay a dollar what some give anything for and vice versa. The boat is rough around the edges but with work and money can be transformed into a bad ass machine. When buying a boat like the motor is what makes or breaks the purchase.
Come on man if you gonna do it do it right take that console off put it on the ground and get you some mold release wax and a roll of fiberglass and use that center console as a template and make a new one outta fiberglass and tear that bullshit floor up and lay a new one you ain't doing nothing but covering up problems
that wiring is awesome from the start, a modern art masterpiece
😂
Stellar deal at first sight. Those engines are really good.
I think you got a good deal, some work needed ofc to make it clean but it has lots of potential congrats man
Thanks man! It’s come a long way since I posted this…part 2 coming soon
Congratulations on the good deal. Excited to see the progress, keep the updates coming!
Thank you! Part 2 coming this week!
Can’t wait to watch this series!
Just a tip, I use a grinder with a sanding disc, WAY quicker at Sanding everything down
Congrats man!!!

Couldn’t agree more!
I wouldn't of paid 5k! But to each their own!!! Wayyy to much work needed
I'd say no more than two grand
First purchase is a respirator
Great call 😂
Motor alone is already worth 5000
Not even close
Your high
I would say the guy who sold it got the better deal
Wear a mask please bro...dont inhale that stuff.

I'm sorry my friend but it's not worth $5000. If you already see water best assure your floors are bad.
