- A Michigan judge was astonished when a man busted for driving with a suspended license appeared before him in a courtroom Zoom call - while driving a car.
Corey Harris, 44, popped up on screen behind the wheel as Washtenaw County Judge J. Cedric Simpson flashed a dumbfounded facial expression on May 15.
“Mr. Harris, are you driving?” Simpson asks, according to footage posted by mlive.com.

The constitution doesn't guarantee the right to "travel". The roads are constructed and owned by the "state", this is what gives it the right to regulate traffic and enforce traffic laws. No one is stopping you from driving without a license on private property. You don't need a liscense to own a vehicle, or purchase gas. Therfore none of your enumerated rights are being restricted.
