usually doctor’s appointments are made in advance and when a judge sets a court date via zoom or in person you can’t change it. so maybe he was just planning on doing the arraignment then going inside. (it’s usually quick) but nevertheless he should have parked and went in the passenger seat and said he’s not driving, and the person who is driving went out for a moment.. better yet should have just got out the car and went on the sidewalk. smh.
And, he just proved he uses his phone while driving 🤦♀. Makes me wonder what he did to get suspended in the first place. Glad he'll be off the road at least for a little bit.

Well he tried that one, he failed at that also because he's never actually had a valid driver's license in the state of Michigan or anywhere else. Even if he did have one it would have remained suspended because he never paid any of the fees that were ordered to lift the suspension. A driving record can be suspended by a judge if you have a license or not, he was never legally allowed to drive before or after it was suspended lol.
He has however apparently now got a learner's permit from the DMV which legally allows him to drive under supervision of a fully licensed driver. His whole life is hilarious.

Well, it all the other way round: The guy's license was reinstated in 2022 and the judge was not informed by that because someone at the court did not forward the info to the judge. The guy was allowed to drive. Not the driver was wrong but the court was wrong and the guy was robbed of his freedom.
