I just wanna say this. I'm a Colts fan forever, but over the last 3 seasons I have been telling people that the Lions were coming. I saw what they were working towards. I predicted last season that they may shock everyone and make the Superbowl. After last season I had 0 doubt that the Lions were here this time. So, Lions fans, congrats to all of you. Your fan base deserves this more than any other NFL fan base. You stuck with them through all of it! Enjoy it! And don't worry. The Lions aren't going anywhere for awhile. Tons of young talent, MCDC coaching!!! Lol. I see this as a turning point for a long successful future in the Motor City. My Colts didn't make it in so I'll be joining all of you guys in rooting for the Lions to go take that damn Lombardi trophy!!! Lol.

@tyler2k523 didn't get to see much of him this season, but his athletic ability makes him a huge threat and he was already improving at throwing the ball in that short time he got. I'm really excited about next season. I hope he just had bad luck with injuries and gets to play a full season. Just the run threat from Richardson and Taylor will help our receivers, so if we can add a couple weapons there it could be great.

@@TothePointSports I don’t know if you got what I actually meant, but basically I meant Stafford was glad to leave shithole Detroit and rightly so because he was traded to the L.A. Rams and immediately led them and himself to a Super Bowl victory. I do think he’s a very garbage QB though, but that’s just my opinion, and I freely admit it. If you feel otherwise, I respect that.

Tears in my eyes to. Our 1st year with season tickets and have been at every home game except the Chicago right before Thanksgiving. We’re watching history being made. It’s gonna be snow blast ass cold walking to Ford Field Sunday night. And we’re loving it. Shiela, Madman Holmes, and MCDC, great leadership team and Chris Spelman helps as well. One Pride.

When the Lions were losing two years ago and three years ago what caught attention was how hard they played. They played hard the whole game. They bought in. They knew their coach cares about them and players care about their coach. One might say a family.

Blessing in disguise. The Peckers were rolling. If Dallas loses that game as they perhaps should have, lions might have wound up facing them and that could be bad.
Goes to show that you dont need to be a "football genius" to be a head coach. Campbell may have a unique personality and a different way with words, but he knows his players, and he's a natural leader. He gets the best out of the players, and they win because of it.

DC time on Hard Knocks was the greatest season for a coach I’ve ever seen and I have seen every season. Born and raised in KC and I knew that wk1 game last year was going to be razor close. When they were winning to go to the SB I was genuinely rooting for them and wanted to see how the SB played out w them. We would have have an extremely hard time stopping each other

@@TothePointSports After the win yesterday and TB's victory over the Eagles, the Lions will be hosting another playoff. They definitely have a chance to win that one too, but if they do, I do not expect them to go further (although of course I hope they do). But if they strengthen their defensive secondary and bolster the OL, I really think they could be a juggernaut next year and take it all.

Not gonna lie. I busted up laughing when you said Stafford single handedly kept the Lions in games. The dude had one of the greatest wide receivers in history. 😂
And Stafford single-handedly lost a lot of games for us as well. As great as his arm is, and as memorable as his comeback victories are, he never got the job done when it counted. The most disappointing showing was of course in the 2015 playoff against Dallas. After the atrocious reversal on the PI, Stafford had multiple opportunities to lead the Lions back into the scoring column. With Calvin Johnson, Golden Tate and Reggie Bush, he had the tools to get the job done, but each drive fizzled out, and we were sent packing.

The last championship they had was 1957, year before I was born. I have always said "lord, please bring me a Lions championship before I did", I guess I had better up my wish!
I was born and raised in the burbs of Detroit and have always been a Lions fan but really never cared about football until 2000, because well, we always sucked. We have always been the butt of every joke and the piranha of the NFL.
When we drafted Stafford. I knew we finally had a quarterback who could win, but nothing else. When we added Calvin Johnson, we got closer, but the GM and the Coaching staff always held us back. We got a glimpse of our first true “player’s” coach with Caldwell, but he was not aggressive enough and there was still too much generational baggage to overcome. For 20 years, we always had just enough to provide a glimmer of hope to be playing for something on Thanksgiving. It took the Quinn/Patricia catastrophe to burn this organization down low enough to take a true gamble and change ALL leadership that started this amazing run. I am 47, and the Lions have sucked my entire life AND my father’s entire life. Watching these last two season has been the most enjoyable Lions football of my life. On Jan 14 2024, this group of amazing people, finally, exorcised these demons and have truly begun something special. Thank you for this awesome video. RIP Dad, the Lions are finally winners!

LaPorta was actually the Lions 3RD pick- Jack Campbell was their 2ND pick... but their top 4 picks were outstanding with Branch.
There was a time in 2021 where fans wanted Dan gone. Sometimes I think what would happen if we were the same old Lions and went along with it, Glad we didn't.

I still believe Schwartz got a raw deal. 2013 7-3 to 7-9 players took blame. But he did get to the playoffs in 3rd yr having took over the 0-16 team. Schwartz deserves another chance. But I love Campbell now.
