Wow! An idea is too get a strobe led light with sound or something like that and put it under him.

He looks cool but wow that hum. Can you hear it from the street? Unless the kids walk up on him I wouldn't worry about it. I love the black light hidden up high!
No you have to walk up to the house... We sit out front on Halloween night. With the lightning and sounds I hope you really can't hear it..
Looking for a motor that will work? Any ideas did one couple years miss mine so going to build another. Was a big hit every one loved it.
