- What’s up everybody. In todays video, I will be going over my thoughts on the Dewalt 3300 psi gas pressure washer. This is a great pressure washer with plenty of power, easy to use/operate, and a reliable Honda engine. I also added quick disconnects and shutoff valves for added convenience. I have owned multiple gas pressure washers and electric pressure washers and this is by far my favorite gas pressure washer.

I love it, starting a side hustle pressure washing driveways, patios, ect. This washer would only be used on weekends, and for starting out while I save for a commercial unit.
Thank you so much for making this video! I know for a fact this video was not out when I first purchased mine and you answered every question I had back then, so thanks again 👍🏻
This quick release and shut off valve is enlightening to me!! So easy , I wish I knew!
My 15yr old Honda GVC 160 2800 psi finally died. True workhorse. Need more kick so replaced with GVC 200 3300 Dewalt from Home Depot. Love it. Excellent tutorial thanks!
Amazing. Exactly the video I needed and hit every point I was wondering about.
Just bought the 3100 psi. Your video was very helpful. Thanks for posting.
Just bought 3100 Dewalt and I can't wait until I use it. Your video has helped a lot and I'm about to buy what's needed to make my life easier with the links you shared thank you 😊.
Genius, flawless...you remind me of excellence in teaching.
Perfect video. Everything I needed to know. Thank you, sir!
Great explanation brotha thank you! Just picked this one up at Home Depot with the extended wand and extra hose. That swivel you got on the gun is clutch!
Best video yet on this. Thanks for speaking English.
Great job, very helpful, appreciate it. Have a great day
Thanks for the video. I appreciate the knowledge.
Thank you for your video exceptional work
I love my Dewalt 3100! I got mine open box because somebody just wanted to use it for a day and bring it back to Home Depot so I got mine for like 100 bucks off! Anyway, great video man. I was super curious about the soap dispenser segment because I added soap to mine a while back, but I’ve never seen soap come out of it so maybe that’s why it was discounted lol. I’ll just get me one of those soap cannons 👍🏻 can’t go wrong with this bad boy
Very good video reference 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
great review!
Nice explanation, I just got that model today from home depot and tomorrow morning I will some fresh gas and start using it. I think I am going to like it. Great vid and tight lines .
The plate was already on mine,
I’ve owned a few this one is awesome. But you gotta get the green 40 degree spray nozzle. I have no idea why they didn’t include it. It’s just right.
Hi, so I came across your video and I just love your whole explanation for how to use this particular power washer.
I have one exactly like that one. I have used it only twice and now has no pressure. Any suggestions on what can be the problem?? Thank you so much for your help.
Typically due to insufficient water supply or a malfunctioning pump. Try to make sure you don’t have a hose kink or water supply issue first. Always make sure water supply is turned on and even test by pulling trigger until a small stream of water comes out the nozzle before starting. If that doesn’t work check the fuel supply. If that’s fine check the actual nozzle tip for any blockage or try other tips to be sure. Last resort, take it back to the store for an exchange or have someone look at the water pump.
@@DieselLegiance Will do, thank you so much.
On mine the soap reservoir is filling up with water and blowing the cap off that says soap, but i dont even fill that res tank. Seems like the water is coming thru the hose to the reservoir. Any ideas to fix this? Its killing the water pressue so cant do anything. Machine has an hour use on it...
Sir can you please let us know how to change the engine oil
Just purchased this but can’t seem to get the soap reservoir to work. Anything I might be doing wrong? Followed the instructions and still nothing. Can you link that soap attachment? Might need to do that instead.
Can you add a link to the swivel joint you used for the sprayer so the hose doesn't kink?
amzn.to/3P5sZTb
Es normal que tire agua por abajo cuando esta encendida? La mía hace eso…
I bought a Craftsman with the same Honda GCV 200 easty start engine at Lowes. It has been returned and I paid $250 for it.
My big question was using the soap reservoir, I was wondering if it were possible to bounce back and forth from soap to water........it seems that it isn't.
I might purchase a foam cannon.
Thank you for the video.
Typically not, that’s why I never use the soap reservoir as you have to bleed the soap to empty before going to straight water.
There is a Troy Built with a Honda engine im considering getting its 300 PSI but it will do the job for my home. Sam’s Club is selling one.
Can’t go wrong with a Honda engine and 300 psi is plenty of pressure.
@@DieselLegiance I support American for sure but anything Honda engine runs a lifetime.
Can you please give me link of that conector to water hose on 4:15
Which tip would you recommend for vinyl siding? Thanks.
don use the red one
What type of oil did this pressure washer use? 10W-30 (4-cycle)? A quick reply would be much appreciated. Thx, Nathan
Pretty sure it was 10W-30 4-stroke
where did you get the swivel joint part & what size was it as well?
I got the joints on Amazon. Check the description box I may have links or look at some of my other videos as I’ve done reviews on them before.
Got mine second hand and it didnt come with the quick connect for the water hose and I cant find anything on parts to buy the correct one. Can you help?

I have the same unit, after after 15-20 it shuts off and is hard to pull the cord until it cools down, any idea? Thank you
Not sure, never experienced that. How is the oil level? They do chew thru gas rather quick.
I have the same unit, I tried starting after couple of years and it wouldn’t start. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?
Why isn't there a video for oil change on these things I want to do it but I can't figure out how
What type of gas they use mix or just regular unleaded
Just regular unleaded
Any suggestions if it starts up then shuts right off. If I brought the power washer , it will start but shut off again. Any help is appreciated
Sounds like a fuel supply issue?
should i buy 1 likw this so i can start a lil hustle cleaning driveway
You definitely need a gas pressure washer I’d say at least 3000 psi for that but this Dewalt is good in my opinion but I also had a gas Craftsman pressure washer with Honda engine that was a beast too.
Just bought this piece of shit. Ran for 3 minutes, and now the engine won’t start. Can’t pull it out more than a few inches. Locked up. Fucking great.
Sorry to hear. Return it. Mine still works great.
Release the pressure by shooting the wand.
This comment reminds me why I don’t work in retail
it take straight gas soline or have to mix?
Straight gas
How much did you pay? I am about to get one for $300 from a neighbor moving, used twice.
Just got one for $259 that’s a good pride
I got it on sale for around $375 so $300 is a good deal.
Wow. There is a reseller here offering $350… it sure if I should bite. I truly dread using my electric sunblow pressure washer. It’s ok but painfully slow and not powerful
Just paid 200$, fell off the truck but its new and the best steal ive gotten inna while
Where did you get the shut-off valve?
amzn.to/3VqMd8D
What foam cannon works well on this?
Most foam cannons work fine. There’s plenty of pressure from the washer to work one. I would just focus on not buying too cheap of a foam cannon, but if you’re spending at least $20 on a foam cannon you should be fine.
Hi, what is the model number? I clicked the link, bur Home Depot says no more avalible. Thank you.
They are available near my Home Depot, maybe try different stores. Or, just search online for a Dewalt 3300 psi pressure washer with Honda engine and I’m sure someone will sell it. It also may be replaced with a newer updated model too?
Is this a good pressure washer to detail cars
Absolutely 💯
How much oil do you add?
How do i fix the low pressure on mine
Should not have low pressure. If you do, check you have adequate water supply. If so, contact the Dewalt Company.
@@DieselLegiance I did, still didn’t work, took it back and got a new one from Home Depot, which was worse than the first. The Dewalt 3300 sucks ass, & it’s engine is garbage. Just took it back and ordered a Westinghouse
@joshpeyton1818 That sucks man. Sorry to hear. Mine has been a beast.
whats the part number for swivel ? where did you get it?
I put links in the description of the video but here is where I got it. amzn.to/41RWCuN
Great video, man! I recently picked up the 3100 psi Dewalt preasure washer. It was the first preasure washer I've owned. Good insight on some small upgrades you can do for not a lot of money. I'm definitely going to get the quick release and foam cannon you recommend. Thanks man
How do I get the soap working
Just pour soap in the bottom reservoir and add some water and use the soap tip. Should pull it through.
@@DieselLegiance i did & it doesn’t seem to work
Listen to that thing run rough. Governor is junk
EN ESPAÑOL JAJAJA😢😢😢😢
the color code of the Tips, whats the application color for?
The only think I think is missing is what kind of gas should that use
I just run basic 87 from the gas station as I use this for my riding mower, weed trimmer, pressure washer, ATV, etc.
