- Exploring Mormon Coffee & Dirty Sodas
Hello, welcome or welcome back to my channel! 💗
In today’s video, we’re diving into the fascinating Utah soda shop culture, where dirty sodas have taken over as a favorite treat. Ever heard of Mormon coffee?
For Business & Sponsorship inquires, kindly email :)
💌 info.babygirlt@gmail.com💌
It’s not actually coffee-but rather soda mixed with creamers, flavored syrups, and even fruits. This drink trend, which started in the 2010s with shops like Swig, has become a unique part of Utah’s culture- it largely came about because the LDS church has requirements for its members and one of it is they are not allowed to drink Coffee and other hot drinks so they have to resort to something else which just so happens to be sodas. And they spice it up by mixing it with cream and other flavors like coconut, liqueur, and raspberry syrup! And it’s in 44 ounces which is 1 L of Coke they consume a day.
But it doesn’t stop at soda! Utah’s soda shops also offer a variety of sugary snacks like cookies and pretzel bites, making them a full-blown experience for those with a sweet tooth. This video was inspired by Hulu’s “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” and the viral TikTok video where the ladies (Jessi Ngatikaura, Jennifer Affleck, Mayci Neeley, Taylor Frankie Paul, Mikayla Matthews, Layla Taylor, and Demi Engemann) go to swig to place their order.
And as you can imagine, these drinks have sparked curiosity beyond Utah. In this video, we’ll explore how soda became the caffeine alternative for many and how it’s now a part of the lifestyle in Utah and beyond.
But there’s also the health implications of drinking so much soda, from diabetics to obesity. And to be fair, let’s also look at how the soda culture in Utah compares to popular coffee chains like Starbucks and Dunkin’ outside of Utah, because you’d be surprised how similar these drinks are to each other!

The founder was probably just mad at some coffee shop and didn't want people to give that guy money lol.
😂😂 best comment
As someone from Utah and an ex-mormon, they get so mad at you when you drink tea or coffee. But the soda shops are... EVERYWHERE. and everyone here is addicted to soda for sure.
Interesting!
Literally makes no sense
@@Itsbabygirlt i like Christian COFFEE Better
I know! My coworker comments on my drinking a homemade oat milk latte 3x a week but her being halfway through a litre of MOUNTAIN DEW before 8 am is fine?
i don’t understand why caffeine in soda is fine but coffee and tea isn’t allowed. and why is iced coffee or tea out of the question? honestly that is one of the least weird aspects of that religion which is saying a lot. some guy in the 1800s really made up a religion so he could have multiple wives and just decided to include the craziest random rules. absolutely wild 😂
Not drinking alcohol but swapping it for a cup of pure sugar and excessive caffeine is wild
So wild
lol I was raised Mormon and coffee was a huge NO! But we made our cool aid with double the instructed sugar.
@ElectricPurple75the sugar is as damaging as alcohol.
What’s the difference between coffee and the caffeinated cokes and DR Pepper? It’s all caffeine
@@CocaCole27 it's mentioned in the early part of the video, it's because they're "hot" drinks, apparently. the difference is they're hot lol. then throughout the rest of the video, they bypass the hot part lol. it's about their interpretation. cause they say no iced coffee, no iced tea, and no red bull types lol.
Mfs are drinking MOUNTAIN DEW but not a shot of espresso 😂😂😂😂😂 the least pure thing a human has put in their mouth
They started drinking Coke once the church invested into the company. Before that they couldn't have caffeinated sodas.
Well, they are surrounded by a lot of mountains 🧐😂
Its cause only 'hot drinks' interpreted as coffee is outlined in Doctrine and Covenants Section 89, not caffeine as a whole.
I said this before I watched the video nvm I guess I didn't need to explain
As a daily diet mountain dew drinker: I agree.
Nobody can convince me that Mormonism ISN’T a cult
It literally is one
It's literally a cult
they also buy up lots of agricultural land cause they hate Christian farmers in this country. Joseph Smith himself predicted that the US would collapse within his lifetime.
Cause it is
Imo, most organized religions are cults. Mormonism is just newer and weirder, so it's an easy target.
What in the diabetes, dental problems and early death is this ?
What an accurate summary 😭
And as mentioned in the video, sugar-free sweeteners in diet sodas disrupt normal cellular metabolism, leading to diabetes, etc. over time. I had a coworker who would drink six Diet Cokes a day who recently developed diabetes at 43 years old.
Utah is one of the healthier states by far
It’s okay because they’ll get to highest level of heaven
Fun fact, there are more dentists in Utah per capita than any other state.
I worked at Dunkin and a woman would come by everyday ordering a large iced coffee with SIXTEEN pumps of caramel, four ice cubes exactly, and cream and sugar. That SYRUP took up half the cup ☠️
Omg?! my stomach just turned from reading the order alone
Isn’t it priced per pump of extra flavoring??!! My god was her order $100 per drink? 😂
i work at dunkin as well and there used to be a regular getting 16 pumps of caramel with 5 sugar and 5 cream and she would ask for extra sugar packets on the side. She would also get glazed donuts every now and then but i haven't seen her in a while.
that was me. posting this from the hospital
As an ex Starbucks Barista, I feel your pain. I had a regular who would order a shot of espresso over ice with 30 pumps of syrup - 15 vanilla and 15 caramel. It was so horrifying that I can't forget it to this day, 7 years later.
Edit: She was super nice though and I enjoyed seeing her, her drink just made my tummy curl.
“AYE-Mish” has me weak! girlluhhh you’re funny 🤣
Not you clowning me 😂😭
@@Itsbabygirlt wait did you not know it’s pronounced “AHH-mish”? Not being sarcastic I’m genuinely curious.
@@sammierose1150it’s possible. Some people really don’t know they exist.
Some people pronounce it the way she said it, even Amish people. It’s less common though.
Child the scream I scrumpt 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’m an ex Mormon and growing up, you couldn’t even have caffeinated soft drinks either and they chanted that rule in relatively recent years. So this makes a lot of sense lol
So do you drink coffee and other hot drinks now?
I'm an ex Mormon. I haven't had soda in years. I drink 1 cup of coffee (every day) with 2 tablespoons of creamer, no sugar.
@@Eaglemamame too coffee with milk. The milk is creamy and sweet enough than I don’t need sugar. Also coffee has a lot of health benefits, of course in moderation
@@Eaglemama it's interesting how you did a complete flip. When you stopped drinking soda that often, did you feel better?
@digitalpeelings It's been 10 years. I drank diet coke, and it has aspartame. I had headaches daily. Someone said it was from soda. I went cold turkey. The headaches went away along with the cravings.
Isn't sugar literally as addictive as drugs like cocaine? I remember reading a study about how they did a study with two rats - one was given sugar water and one with cocaine water - and the rat with the sugar water showed a behavioral pattern of increased intake, withdrawal symptoms, and relapse behaviors conpared to the rat with cocaine water. There's also studies about how sugar mimics the same neurochemical changes in the brain as hard drugs.
Maybe it's because I'm an athiest, but this rule literally makes no sense and you can clearly see that these Mormon girlies have a bad sugar addiction.
That poor rat, and sugar and Cocaine being similar ? That’s rough
ikr, the girl saying “you have to fall in line and not ask questions” was astounding to me. you should really never do that in any circumstance!
Any drug softer than meth would be far healthier.
No, it's not. Rats aren't humans. Also, people give up sugar all the time with no withdrawal symptoms or anything. I gave up sugar several months ago, and I feel great. In fact the moment you give it up, the cravings stop. It's the consumption of sugar that causes the craving for more.
@@hueypautonoman actually this is wrong. numerous studies have shown it is highlyyyyy addictive.
Imagine replacing a healthy drink like coffee or tea with these sugar bombs. The ban on alcohol and tabacco at least has benefits for your health (except that you have to listen to the people in your community sober).
Your community sober is catching strays 😂
💯
Since soda is sold virtually everywhere, I had no idea for the need of stand alone shops
Novelty, atmosphere, capacity to customize your drink, and frankly, content creation.
The standalone shops give you the option to mix different flavors, which is what people really want, not just a plain can of soda
“Starbucks experience” without the coffee
As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I agree that soda shops have potential to seriously expand. Coffee/caffeine or no, Americans are so addicted to sugar. And for those of us in the church who truly believe we should abstain from addictive substances, I personally believe sugar is the biggest problem today.
That’s for the insight! I agree, I think the main problem is sugar overall
Totally agree. Sugar is 9x more addictive than cocaine.
word right here
Americans are also addicted to cults like you
your people are whacko
6:44 so as someone that’s been born and raised in Utah, I’ve got to correct one thing. People here didn’t suddenly start soda mixing in the ‘10s. That’s just when people realized they could build businesses around the concept.
At least since the ‘80s (that I’m aware of, I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s gone on longer than that) there’s always been a contingency of Utahns that have mixed their sodas when going to any fast food place, or restaurant where the soda dispenser was accessible. Though, prior to these shops and the internet normalizing the term “dirty soda” this has been more commonly referred to colloquially as “swamp water” or “kitchen sink soda” because before the shops “dirty” always implied there was alcohol mixed in.
Thanks so much for the context and additional information! really helpful 😊
The lady ordering soda like it's Starbucks.. Yes I would like a venti diet Coke with cherry syrup and diabetes sprinkled on top 😂😂
It’s her version of Starbucks 😂
As a European this is fascinating
Haha, in a good or bad way? 😆
I was feeling the same as a New Zealander, the US "coffee" culture is horrific
@@Itsbabygirlt I don’t really know 😂
What’s interesting is this is basically a phenomenon in only Utah and maybe the immediately bordering states. Utah is its own religious ethnostate
This is even fascinating to me as an American from california
I gotta go call my dentist after this 😭
Haha 😂 i hope they give you a discount
In don’t think I ever drank 44 ounces of anything
in my experience, so long as you brush them regularly, teeth are perfectly fine with being submerged in soda everyday
thats so interesting that they cant drink coffee even when its cold like cold brew
Right? It’s a rule they’ve stuck to and won’t be budging on anytime soon
I'm from Utah. Not a Mormon. I love soda shops. There is literally 15 within 5 miles of me, even the dutch bros next to me mostly sells soda and energy drinks. Even our gas station have syrups out for people to use. I never thought it was weird until i went out of state. But I also want to point out that most people actually get everything sugar free because Utah has a huge health cautious population. Everyone here is hiking and going to the gym but they all get soda after. Not even joking.
I’m always weary about things that are sugar-free, because what exactly are they replacing it with to make it just as sweet
Sugar free isn’t better
Could you imagine people walking into your house and looking at you weird for having a Nespresso.
😂😂 right
After the glace I'd offer them a coffee
That creamer is all vegetable oil.
The water of the day guy lmao.
He has a whole flavor collection
they’re literally just making mocktails
The levels of delusion 😂 soda is far worse than coffee or tea!
I will drink my coffee all day everyday! Lol 😂😂
Addiction is Addiction
Girl.. this video is not only informative, but also very interesting! I had no idea about this at all
Yes I learned that mormons are irrational af lmfao
Thanks so much Cristina 😊 and glad you know now!
Cult.
Utahans have dirty soda, other Americans have frapuccinos, Taiwanese have bubble tea... People love sugary drinks everywhere, just in different forms.
ok but the other americans aren't moralizing a beverage and saying dirty soda is sinful and bad to drink
so don't draw a false equivalency
@@gildedpeahen876 EXACTLY
I’m surprised Sonic as a drink stop has not blown up more due to this for places that don’t have these soda shops
It’s an acquired taste, so not many people would like it or even want to try it
not allowing to drink hot drinks in this weather? bro was wild and kinda eugenical
He was 😂
so like they can't even drink hot water??
@@meid9158 I don't know, I'm not mormon (but if herbal tea not allowed, I assume same for hot water)
@meid9158 Uh not to necro this thread, but Mormons can and do drink "hot drinks" like hot water and hot chocolate. Nowadays, most Mormons interpret "hot drinks" to mean tea and coffee specifically, regardless of temperature. Also, some Mormons drink herbal teas as long as they don't have the tea plant in them (like green/black tea).
@@staceyvanderlaan1905 really? If it's true - good for them, bc I'm really worried. Thanks for details!
They can’t drink coffee but swing, get pregnant from another swinger, get divorced and go to jail for domestic violence. Oh ok. Sure. Cringe 😬
Wait I had no idea about the swinging thing!?!?🤯 is that explicitly stated?
No bc literally
I work for Starbucks and let me tell you.. the sugar addiction is wildly out of hand and really needs drastic intervention.
People drinking 26 ounces of HEAVY CREAM daily, extra pumps of white mocha, extra caramel drizzle, cups lined with drizzle, sugar added to refreshers (which are pre-sweetened) people mixing mocha with caramel with pumpkin just to maximize their sugar intake..
It's actually horrid, and I'm in Texas.
I can imagine working there, you see it all the time! ppl definitely go overboard with the sugar, especially with all those add-ons
Imagine getting your coffee jar and your hot chocolate jar mixed up and suddenly you can’t get into heaven any more. I’m crying, what???
you know what....this would actually be devastating 😂
I’m a coffee drinker that actually likes the taste of coffee. I’ll have a bit of caramel syrup added with a bit of milk, but I can’t do all that sugar and extra stuff these people do for their iced coffee orders.
I'm a matcha and chai drinker, I try sticking to just the tea with some 1% milk, maybe like half a pump of syrup if I'm feeling frisky. Sometimes I accidentally order full sweet at a Starbucks... it's disgusting? Why do I need 6 pumps of cream base or syrup PLUS matcha that they already infuse with sugar? Drinking your calories sure is something.
Your order really is frisky 😂
As a Canadian, I now know those sweet forbidden Tim Hortons ice caps were keeping me out of heaven. Alas!
You were so close….but yet so far 🥲
Id hate to support the Mormons, but I'd go to one of those stores.
I'd definitely go once and get the smallest drink size possible just for curiosity's sake, could be a good treat. Keyword: Treat
I’d love to know what these taste like
They’re actually really fun! Our family outing growing up was going to a soda shop, an occasional soda isn’t gonna kill you
You could go to a food place that has one of the soda fountains with a million options instead
@@Itsbabygirltits delicious
I buy pumpkin cream ice coffee from time to time but buying this stuff turns me off not only because of the sugar content but also because they are SO expensive and just dissonant with the cost of living crisis we're all going through. Really enjoyed your video!
Yeah, it’s definitely better as a sweet treat every once in a while rather than a regular daily order. Thanks so much for watching! Glad you enjoyed it 😊❤️
I can’t help but think in the Joseph Smith’s south park song Dumb Dumb Dumb Dumb
Haven’t heard of that, will have to check it out
@@Itsbabygirltplease consult the South Park episode about Mormonism, the creators grew up in that culture they also made the Book of Mormon musical
Literally every time I learn something new about Mormonism
Same😂😂😂
@@digitalpeelings same 😂
“They have the best Diet Coke in the world” there’s no saving these people. Coffee is an art and science when you want to make it right. So of course you sometimes want to pay someone else to do it. You don’t ’make’ Coke, it comes in a can.
So we not gonna act like sugar isn't the #1 drug in the world its literally legal cocaine 😂😂😂
Imagine living in a world w all this fun sh*t & ur idea of getting wild is a soda shop on a Sat night. Oof.
😂😂😭 why did you make it sound so grim
I love pumpkin spice lattes the same way I love cake. A little treat once in a while. It’s a snack, not a daily routine.
Definitely a snack
This is major cult vibes 🤣
Mormonism is probably one of the biggest cults in the USA, it’s an interesting thing to study
Mormonism is literally a cult
Theres a reason for that
😢 have you ever been to one of their church services to see what these people are like? It might be more normal than you might think.
@ I actually have first hand experience 💜 grew up in it. If it was “normal” there wouldn’t be a hierarchy of heavens, if it was “normal” they wouldn’t be enlisting THE DEAD to be part of their members so they get more money, if it was “normal” they wouldn’t force barely adults to pay a minimum of 10k to go to different countries alone in an echo chamber of propaganda and threats to try and prey on people going through weak points of their lives. Any one of those examples would make it a cult, but it has all 3 and LOADS MORE.
Thwy just super into mocktails
I'm glad I never heard of this trend when I was active in the LDS church years ago. I remember my mom-in-law avoiding cola and migraine meds with caffeine in them back then.
Wow
This certainly was interesting. They have a weird child-like quality in UT. And one SERIOUS sugar addiction!
They want their followers to act like kids.
Cult
This explains those weird customized soda shop videos. It was a Mormon thing all along
Lol I feel so much better about my coffee in the morning 😆
Who's gonna tell them the caffeine from soda is FROM coffee.
This makes me want an iced coffee so bad tho! 😂
My european mind can not comprehend this
Don’t worry my American mind can’t comprehend this either
No sane mind can comprehend this.
Lol there are Mormons in Europe
@@Itsbabygirlt yup but i was talking about the sugar. And there are mormons but they are like a funny minority
If a Mormon is attached it…RUN!!!
3:25 - it doesn't really sound all that weird compared to Adam and Eve living in Missouri, so 🤷♂️
I thought I was Maine
I’ve never heard of this and I’m obsessed with this culture. This is why I love your channel. So underrated
Thank you so much! ❤️ appreciate you!
I wonder if they can eat coffee from a bowl with a spoon and call it bean soup😅
I highly doubt it 😆
The soda thing for Mormons definitely goes before the 2010s but in a slightly different form. My Mormon grandma and her sisters have been dedicated gas station coke drinkers for decades. They each have their own preference of ratios with diet and regular coke mixed, different amounts of ice, and different syrups they steal from the coffee counter. The dirty soda shop is an expansion on this concept.
interesting how long its been around then! thanks for the info
I own 16 sodie shops in and around Salt Lake City, and trust me, everyone loves them. Just bought my 8th cybertruck
Facts?
This was so interesting, especially the historical background! Thanks for all of the info!
Thanks for watching 😊
As an Ex-mormon who is nearly an anti-theist I will Stand my ground for the Soda Shops. They are the best place, because it used to be a bar for us when we were kids
This is why Starbucks is super popular in Salt Lake where I live. Ex mormons find out that their sugar addictions could now apply to sugar milk coffee.
I assure anyone reading this that getting addicted to caffeine is not a belief you can either have or not have. It is a fact that caffeine is addictive
Folks, these people believe this stuff... and they're SOBER!
I pray to both the good and the dark Lord to NEVER let me associate with these people. So far, they have answered my prayers.
10 wives is okey dokey but a taste of the whiskey is far too risky.
Too risky
The fact that Mormon Heaven has subscription tiers is fucking wild to me.
There are levels to heaven and hell in Christianity too
The thing about Watertok is that a lot of them are Bariatric patients so they can’t drink normal water. And while I think some of them are a little wild, it’s not like they’re doing it for absolutely no reason.
Interesting, I never would have guessed that
What does being a bariatric patient have to do with not being able to drink normal water? Where did you hear that?
@@orthodox_gentleman I don’t know the exact science unfortunately but I do know it’s a well documented phenomenon that’s acknowledged by the medical community.
girl i'm obsessed with your videos, keep up the amazing work!
Thank you so much!! ❤️
The Mormon church owns or once owned Pepsi Co. therefore, they amended their religion to allow the consumption of caffeinated soda.
I love how respectful this was! Earned my sub :)
Yaay, thanks 😊
This is fascinating. Honestly, I see Utah and Mormonism as white American culture in its rawest and most unfiltered form. There’s nothing quite like it anywhere else.
Lol, that’s an interesting perspective
You should look up "soaking" and mormons. Now that is a crazy loophole the LDS have. 😂
What in the diabetes did I just watch lmao 😂😭🤣
😂🍫🍭🍪🍬
As someone from the PNW, from a town that was pretty much just Pentecostals and LDS (Mormon) I grew up with friends who LOVE making soda drinks. I was raised Pentecostal so I could drink coffee and tea and did, but my LDS friends got me addicted to soda (to this day.) I LOVE "Mormon Soda," which is legit just flavored Italian Soda. Sparkling Water (or Soda base), Flavors, Optional Cream.
Edit: Also, until today I thought the WHOLE COUNTRY was super into Italian sodas and Energy Drink Sparklers (like Red bull with blue raspberry syrup and cream.) Now, I'm wonder what else is uniquely a West Coast thing (WA, OR, CA, ID, UT)
1:41 fun fact: the Amish CAN drink Alcohol. You should watch Breaking Amish, its a TLC reality tv show from the early 2010s it’s really good!!
Omg yeah I remember watching that show! But didn’t they drink alcohol because they had broken away from their Amish culture/religion?
Mfs won’t drink decaffeinated coffee but 100 gr of sugar, hydrogenated oil and artificial flavors are completely ok.
Exact same thing as the ~2010 boba drink craze on the west coast. Caffeine + sugar + creamer.
Wow this video makes me feel healthy
What about after the video? 🤔
English is not my first language but when I hear hot drinks it suddenly reminds me of alcohol. Drinks that make you feel hot sensation inside the body? I have no ideas it made more sense to me that way.
I get what you mean, but in this context, hot drinks means non-alcoholic beverages, because Mormons are not allowed by their religion to drink alcohol…. So coffee and tea
If theres no coffee and tea in heaven I don't want to go.
I don't think there's any food/feeling hungry in heaven 😂
As an Australian the culture shock is immense. I try to limit my sugar intake to average one standard can of soda (375mls) or equivalent every 3 or so days or better which is like 40 grams of sugar. I can barely comprehend a whole litre daily wtf. In saying this I do have bubble tea once a week but I try to be conscious about my sugar consumption ig. Definitely a massive difference in cultural and societal values.
sounds like you also have a mild sugar addiction, lol
@ lmao maybe a bit 🥺
in the 70-80s I remember soda was banned by the cult too
Really informative and well edited video, subbed ❤
Thanks so much, appreciate it ❤️
Anyone else’s teeth ITCHING watching this?
😂 haha
idc whenever i’m in utah i gotta so to swig. i love it, and tbh i wish there was one closer to me.
ew lol
I know a lot of Mormons they won't leave me alone they have way too many rules for me the one's I met were good people tho.
At least they were nice
Grew up in a town with a lot of Mormons and they are the nicest cult members you will ever meet.
@@Itsbabygirlt all 'salesman' are nice, if they think there's potetntial to sell you into their fallacious product.
The do know that their is caffeine in soda…right?
Right? Does that mean no one makes it to heaven now?
Right….lol
I would be asleep after one of these super sugary drinks!!! 😮Too Much Sugar!!!! 😵💫
If something is truly a vice for, you would try to free yourself completely from your emotional dependence on it.
The degree to which you enjoy/use something is entirely up to you 😊
But if you're uncomfortable with your emotional dependence on something, than you shouldn't be trying to substitute one vice with another no matter how seemingly harmless. The dynamic of emotional dependence is still there 😮😅🤷♀️🙈
If you give yourself no leeway or compassion, and don't tackle the root of your dependence you're gonna re-create this dynamic over and over in your life
True, but I think people will always try to replace one vice for another, they just try to choose the lesser of two evils
Thanks for sharing 👍
@babygirlt8938 yeah, addiction/patterns of addiction tend to thrive in secrecy/repression. If you live in a very restrictive community, people will latch on to the one thing they can have if they feel like they have nothing else :P
Girl, this video is making me want an Italian Soda soooooooooooooo bad right now. A strawberry one with cream using a strawberry Bubly as base with strawberry slices.
Ngl I was craving a dirty soda too 😂
I’m a Catholic but I was interested in seeing what the hype is about the soda after watching the show
I don’t like soda that much but thought it’d be fun to learn about what this soda 🥤 trend is haha 😊
It’s an interesting trend indeed
@@Itsbabygirltit is interesting 🥤 😊
13:27 as someone who’s been finally winning against my own personal non mormon sugar addiction from childhood… this is a scary future prediction 😅💔

And this is why being catholic is great. We can drink, caffeine and alcohol, gamble, enjoy life in general 🤠. All within moderation my friends.
Cheers to you! 😊
As someone that does not drink alcohol by choice and when I recently visited Utah, I was ecstatic! It was certainly a treat trying out a "dirty soda," but of course this is just from a outsider viewpoint nothing to do with religion lol. This is definitely the OG before watertok was a thing lol.
Is this why they have been removing caffeine from soda!? Give me caffeine addiction over diabetes!
I am not Mormon and never have been, and I love coffee. But I would totally go to one of these soda shops if they expanded into less LDS filled states. Just to have a different kind of business.
People buying soda know it has sugar, it’s not like people don’t know. So do starbucks coffee drinks.
They are already expanding to other states that are less LDS
Went to Utah to onboard a new team for work earlier this year and there was a Swig 2 minutes away from the office.
They took me on the 2nd day I was there…. It was like a rite of passage for me 😂
But did you like it??
I think if we can start viewing these as desserts rather than drinks, people would cut back.
very good video!
Glad you liked it! 😊
Yesterday my doctor told me to let my smoothies "get warm" b/c cold is hard on my gut, LOL. Wait till she watches this!
What did she say? 😂😅
It wouldn’t be so bad IMO if they didn’t drink 44 OZ of soda DAILY!!! Just over a liter of soda. The amount of sugar consumed daily is insane.
