- Hiii! I just wanted to share how I made this houndstooth vest, showing you how I designed this pattern with details. This is more like a pattern walk through, but let me know if you need a full tutorial on this 🥰 Written pattern will be on store soon too!
Sorry I missed some info on the ribbing:
Bottom ribbing foundation ch is 10; armhole and neck are 5

❤❤❤🎉🎉 BEAUTIFULLY DONE!! BRAVO!!
Hiii! Thanks so much 🥰😙
Bellissimo ❤❤
Grazie mille 🥰
how do you make the armhole ribbing tighter in the armpit area? im so confused
i wish you would have made one video in with you show everything. Because for the front part I always had to go back to the back part to know how to decrease. That was realy annoyníng. Despite of that - thank you for the video!
Thank you for sharing ❤ the calculations though 🤯😂
hahah 🤣 it actually took me a long time to figure out
How much yarn each as u have used two colours
Help! I started making the first 20 rows and I didn't leave enough yarn to tie the ends together. Do I have to restart so it doesn't fall apart?
At least tie 1 half knot if you can, then later when you crochet along the edge, you can cover the ends. If the half knot can’t be done, then definitely need to start over.
Please how many balls of yarn was used
Hi, im currently following this pattern of yours but my stiches are a bit clums and the visual is unclear, can someone help me out 😢😢
Hi girlie!! First of all, thank you so much for this beautiful pattern. Would you mind telling me how many inches (of height) the panel makes? Sending love xx
Thanks so much! Luckily, I have a written pattern for this, otherwise there's no way I'd remember🤭. The height of the vest is 18 inches including the bottom ribbing.
@@CherilynQ Thank you so much!!!❤️
What crochet # you're using?
What yarn is used and how much?
I followed the steps you gave me completely, but my back seemed smaller than what you had. What should I do now!
Try blocking to see if it stretches but maybe the weight of your yarn or the tension was different? Idk
The project was very good but I didn't understand the last part which is the brown balloon because I am a beginner in crochet
Hi! Can I help you with it? This walk-through is a bit challenging for some beginners.
I will make it
How much yarn did you use ?
I used 216 g yarn for my size.
Beautiful!! I'm gonna make one gor my daughter. what's the hook size?
Thanks! I used a 5 mm crochet hook.
Hi💗, I just wondering if I can replace the houndstooth pattern into regular dc?,thx💗
Hi! Yes, two rows of this = 1 dc row ☺️
@@CherilynQ oh this is helpful, thanks a lot
I don't know what to do with the threads that remain at the end, how to hide them
What size of yarn did you use?
I used weight 3.
how much yarn did you use for this project?
I also wanted to know the yarn use and I checked her pattern description, it’s written 216g😊
@@hannahliu3537 ok. Thank you 😊
@@hannahliu3537 of medium weight yarn?
what hook size did u use?
In the beginning she shows that it's a 5mm hook
i just made my own and this was literally the fastest long-term project i've ever done, it literally just took 3 days and it's already in shirt form (ive slip stitched the sides and everything as well as started the ribbing) i just have one issue, how did you deal with all the tiny little yarn tails that are literally *everywhere*? i was trying to weave them in to the project with my yarn needle but it's just taking forever and looks very messy. you didn't mention anything about the tails, so did you just cut them short and leave them on the inside? im not realky sure what to do with them 😅
I carried the short yarn tails when working the slip stitches around the armhole (17:17) ; when joining the side seams, I just left them on the wrong side.
Is this acrylic yarn?
Yes, it is.
Its looks like cream
Hi, can you tell me how thick your yarn is?
Hi! It’s an 8 ply yarn.
@@CherilynQ thank)
Love these colors! Can you name them pleaseeeee
It's hawthorn and latte I think
how many grams of yarns did you use?
I used 216 g yarn.
Can you add Arabic translation
Sorry, I tried but it wasn't available for some reason.
Oh its ok🤍, also thx for this nice video🤍🤍
Thank you for your understanding 💕
Written pattern is now available on Etsy 🥰 www.etsy.com/shop/CherilynCrochet
I don't know what to do with the threads that remain at the end, how to hide them
She carried the short yarn tails along the slip stitches around the armhole in around 17:17 and for the side seams she just left them on the wrong side
