Congratulations for a comprehensive review of ADAS features in a very simple language. Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keeping Assist and normally activated only above the speed of 60 km/h by all OEMs. These features are meant to be used only on highways, where the lanes are typically 2.5 meters wide. Thus the driver has enough reaction time to counter steer in case the electronic servo steering turns the vehicle by mistake. Lanes on city roads are narrow, and can cause side to side collision. Also as SAE Level 2 features, LDW and LKA are only meant to avoid accidents in case the driver is sleepy, and loses control on the vehicle for only a short time of less than 10 seconds. LDW and LKA are coarsely regulated by UNECE R130.
Appreciate your review. Look like the Aster is like our modern day Smart Phone.. People will rush to buy seeing the list of electronic features, but will never use them. But, the modern cars like ASTER will be an Eye-Opener for the Indian car makers who are so reluctant to spend money on R&D.

I think xuv 700 ADAS features are more adjusted towards indian traffic conditions...e.g. for bumper to bumper traffic ,3 sec limit is not present in xuv 700...only interior is better in Astor as compared to Xuv 700

Hi Sir, I need your help in issues related to my Nexon( 3 months old) . I've met with a small accident resulting in damage of internal parts . My car ac compressor stopped working. Now insurance claim company is denied the claim stating there is no physics Damage and Tata as denied warranty stating this will not be covered in warranty as vechile met with an accident. I have decided to go legal way and take help from honourable court. But I also want to show these kind of harrasment to customer by Tata showroom and insurance. Please help
