I lived there for many years and still love it and miss it at times
Great city to visit and have fun. If you are thinking of relocating, there are unlimited temporary, part time, low pay jobs.
We’re so blessed !
We moved in to Tampa and for me is great so far!
It might sound exaggerated but for me this is paradise 🎉I just got back from the beach 🏖️ (siesta key) and it is breathtaking ❤
God bless America 🇺🇸
I love that you have that much enthusiasm about living here! Thats amazing. Thanks for sharing!
I love Tampa, especially Ybor City. Good Job!!!
all very exciting things coming!! We have our eyes on Two Rivers. We drove out there over the weekend and it looks like its going to be an amazing community. Kind of gave us Bexley vibes but bigger.
Yeah… im liking the plan on paper. It will be interesting to see how it unfolds but the amenities and the overall development sounds amazing!
Yeah, it all sounds like a good plan right now. The lots out there are amazing as well!
@@karlieyoung6150 well you know im happy to help if you wanna take a look and keep up to date on it! Lets catch up soon!
Awesome I love Tampa,Florida
Im excited to see the direction the city is headed. Tampa still has its pockets of old, while also adding and transforming into a fun city for getting out and doing things!

Tampa seems incredible. Los Angeles is just too expensive for my fiance and I. We're really considering moving. Great video.
I appreciate it. If you need help or have questions about the move, shoot my team an email and we would be glad to help. Info@themorejongroup.com
@@TampaFloridaLiving We definitely will be if we go through with things. Got my sub, love the videos bro! 💪🏻
@TylerHackerJokes love it and thanks!!!
Real estate prices need to DROP DROP DROP.
I heard a big BOOM the other day, now I know where it came from ✊!!
We actually have a drive through Wawa, but we also have snow 😃
Lol
Yeah it was tough… the other day we got 3 inches of sun… i mean it was coming down lol
@@TampaFloridaLiving HAHAHAH!! Call a sun plow!!
@@Twobarpsi cmon lol
Nice video! Downtown tampa is going to be a mini Miami brickell in 10 years
Appreciate that. Yeah its definitely transforming. Not going to lie… my wife and I love it though lol. Such a great area for a date night
I don't know about that. They said that 20 years ago.
I’ll be moving there next year
Amazing. We would love to help! Please email my team at info@themorejongroup.com
I'll move there in 2050.
Tampa is looking good but I'm very disappointed that non of the communities in the Tampa area do not have luxury custom home builders like they do in Sarasota. If you want an upscale home to have to find a lot and build.
I wonder why this has not happened yet.
Panther question I was looking at Homes by WESTBAY and they do not offer stoves in their homes only cooktops. It's hard to pay over 1M for a house and you cannot get that option.
Can you tell me why?
Was there few weeks ago, beautiful city . Cant wait to movr
Glad you enjoyed when you visited! Let us know if you need hello with the move! Email us at info@themorejongroup.com
How is the rental income or vacation rental income. I am planning to move there, possibly in 4 years when I will be retired. So if I buy a median priced home around 400K , can I rent it easily to cover the mortgage, taxes
Hey Adam, what’s the truth about sinkholes in the Tampa area? Are they as common as people make them out to be? Or are they mostly in certain areas of Tampa? Thanks!
I heard that MOSI might be turned into a mixed used area 👀
Yes, they are still trying to figure out what they’re going to do with MOSI. They’re throwing out a couple ideas at the moment.
Many school field trips to MOSI as a class mom brings me so many great memories.
@specialk2514 i know… its a great museum for the kids.
❤
Name of the two most popular suburbs in Tampa and top 5 subdivisions in Tampa for new construction and established neighborhoods that are popular and new
Honestly, choosing the best suburb or neighborhood is going to change based on a lot of variables that are important to you and your lifestyle, but I would say Wesley Chapel and Lutz in the northern suburbs and in the south eastern suburbs, Apollo Beach and Lithia. A lot of people would argue that because we do have a ton of great suburbs, but most of my clients first asked me about these. as far as established areas WestChase, Carrollwood, South Tampa and the Heights are all great options within the city or near the city.
@@TampaFloridaLiving any names of most popular subdivisions in the north thanks
@@user-tb4hr2ry3u so many. I suggest reaching out to my team and we can help with planning etc… info@themorejongroup.com
You can also check out my channel as i have tons of videos covering most of the neighborhoods and suburbs.
Which city is more affordable, can get more for your money Tampa, Saint Petersburg or Sarasota ?
They each have their pockets of affordability. Sarasota is most expensive for sure.
Is Connerton completely built out ?, it blew up during the 2008 financial crisis, thought of it when I heard about Angeline, very close
They are still selling and has turned out to be a pretty decent neighborhood for those that like the area
@@TampaFloridaLiving ok thankyou
Massive inventory problem in SW Florida. Crash possible.
Not in Tampa
Where is the growth in the south or west or east
Tampa is growing in all directions, but most of our growth is in our suburbs to the north and to the south east.
@@TampaFloridaLiving any names of them
@@user-tb4hr2ry3u just responded to your other post lol: 👇

why do people keep saying Tampas housing market is gonna crash!!!!
Because it increased in value a tom over the last few years…. But that happened in a lot of places. Tampa was undervalued to begin with and i dont forsee it crashing unless major things happen outside of real estate in the economy and if thats the case… it will happen to everyone. I do think tampa real estate is strong and i do think buyers should use the same level of caution they always have when buying real estate. Get into it with a plan and a long term outlook (not im going to make money in 2 years).
Tampa is my favorite city🫶
Hey me too! What do you love about it?
@TampaFloridaLiving I love that it has professional sports, vibrant night life, not far from beautiful beaches, the Latin charm and the diversity it has to offer.
@jaspersingh5612 absolutely agree! Thanks for sharing!
How to build a very expensive !! Ghost town.....
I live in Tampa it's full of homelessness crime and drugs
Where do you hang out lol?
@@TampaFloridaLiving I live by Busch gardens bad homeless problem in this area
@@Porky39 i can see that in some areas. That statement isnt the same for all of tampa however. Every major city will have areas that are less desirable.
@@TampaFloridaLiving I agree Dale mabry in Temple terrace are areas I like
Tampa is a TERRIBLE place to live…ask me..career forced move 3 times. Never again…very polluted, hot, humid, horribly expensive, congested beyond belief. You WILL regret moving to TampaBay. We sure do.
Totally get it. Its not for everyone. Its my paradise, but i understand if its not for you. If and when you leave if you need help with selling your home we would love to help! Shoot us an email!
@@TampaFloridaLiving Lived in Lauderdale,Hollywood, Daytona and Ormond…also Houston, Denver, Memphis, Chattanooga, Savannah, Macon, and Columbus, GA….Tampa is BY FAR the worst place we have ever lived. MBA types with a “reasonable”
NET WORTH….zero debt. No way to recommend this place to anybody. Beaches and water totally SUX.
@@rodcoulter997 sounds like it wasnt for you… i get it. All good… There’s a lid for every pot.
I've lived in Tampa/Hillsborough County most of my life so where is it very polluted?
@@PatriotMike-sb9oj 🤷 i mean its not perfect but compared to many other cities, Tampa is doing pretty good! IMO
Go away
Tampa sucks
Id disagree but thanks for the comment!
