- How To Protect Your Icy Jordan 11 Soles To Prevent Yellowing
In today's Shoe Care Academy tutorial, Jonny Bubbles shows you how to apply our Sole Shields on a pair of Jordan 11 low Legend blue. To complete this process, you are going to need a shoe, our Sole Shields, a sharpie, scissors, and a heat gun. We recommend that you use a heat gun of 600 watts or higher when applying the Sole Shields. Jonny begins the process by cleaning off the outsole with the provided alcohol prep pads. He then moves on to tracing the shoe and cutting outside of the trace line. Carefully placing the shield onto the sole, he places it in the proper area that needs protection. Moving onto applying heat, ensure to not overheat the shield as it can tear. Once that is completed, traction pads are applied for grip. You can find our sole shields and other protecting products online at Reshoevn8r.com

Hey man, my brother passed away last year and I was given his favorite slides... If I sent them could you renew them for me. I could pay I just wanted to keep them in good condition. Thanks for your time.
🙏
Ay every on like this so they can see it
Keep them how he wore them! A memory of ur bro
🖤🖤🖤
i love how you are so persistent with the cleaning, doesn’t miss a crease
Thanks had trouble with putting mine on had to buy extra and good thing i did but this made it easy
Bro this is the OG style box that came out in 95 with the first release of the concord 11. The box you're refering to that slides with the plastic top cover, was first introduced with the 09 space jam release.
JB with another banger
Def going to be rocking these.
super late to the party, but thanks for the great video! Have always been on the fence about these wondering if they would look like trash but this helped my decision a lot. Can they be removed with no issues after? Thanks! You just got a new subscriber. A+
Love it
These are the must if you love your sneaker ✨.
Thank you for such amazi products and looking for the dior giveaway ❤️
I have an unrelated question. I am restoring an original taxi Jumpman Pro from 97. The zoom units are popped, does anyone know where I can get original replacement zoom units?
So cool
Yuup just copped mine that's why I'm here
How do I remove the adhesive that stays on after you take the sole protector off?
Just got a pair...finally dropped the money and will definitely do this for them and rock em with my custom jacka shirt. Yeeee
do you just carefully tear them off or is there more to removing them. or do you just leave em on for resale
If these last approx. 20,000 steps thats not much. Will this still keep the soles from yellowing over the years if you dont wear them?
when applying pressure with your hands, what do you do if the shield "folds" while its trying to contour a curve for example?
As long as you haven't applied heat, you should be able to unfold and work the shield and place in correct spot!
Why not make the whole shield of the traction pad material?
Would I be able to use a hair dryer
Hey Jonny/Vick! I recently got some Jordan 12s from a seller, and they were missing soles. Do you guys know of anywhere I can get the same or similar ones?
They’re size 9.5 btw. ;)
Google
Yo just a question anyone know how to uncrease 12s??? My 12s have a crease on the toe area and i have no idea how to fix it if you can
U need to stuff a shirt in the toe inside cover with a damp towel and use a steamer to heat the towel up to n steam out the crease. May need to do it a few times to get it back looking almost new. Also whenever i am not wearing mine I keep a shoe horn in them to keep their shape. Helps preserve them longer.
When you put a sneaker after cleaning it with the reahoevn8r in the washer di you take off the shie tree or wash it with them on?
Leave them in for the whole cleaning and drying process!
i put them on my shoe and they fell and rip apart off so idk
May you record a video of how to properly remove the sole shield without leaving residue?
Just rub some acetone on the rest over residue
Jordan 11 legend blue is so beautiful
It's perfect color for summer ~
most definitely!
Hahaha, 😂
@@RESHOEVN8R hey man I need your help I texted you on insta
I like the yellowing
what if the plastic on the bottom tear from normal wearing on grounds like gravel or cement? what if you go hiking where there are bunch of sticks on the ground that will act as spears and swords and they will cut the plastic, so now what?
what would the point of this be? unless this is some special plastic that not only not tear or rip on hard contact on rough areas but they also provide traction like a regular plastic insole shoe? having this under your shoe could be dangerous
Maybe there're some shoes you just don't use for hiking, ever thought about that?
I like that heel protecter👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😎
I like the yellowing
Wait but how does the at protect them from yellowing though idk 🤷🏾♂️

Hello there! Our Sole Shields are designed for light wear and should protected your shoes at least 20,000 steps!
@@RESHOEVN8R that’s like 2 days …..
@@splatters4370 😭

Bring back mink oil

И что это было?
Me air jorden

Nope

If you like yellowing please don't apply lol good shyt
2nd
I'ma a construction worker, n this is funny as hell.. fukk them shoes
You look like a princess. Fuk your construction job you and your co workers prolly do it in the butt during lunch break😂😂
If you don’t want them to yellowing just don’t buy and don’t wear them
Shoes are made to wear. If they don’t, the leather is going to get brittle and breakdown
@@sokl3an354 that’s what I am talking about, you need to wear them, no to think about them to yellowing
@@sokl3an354 you can apply leather conditioner to shoes to prevent that.
