Just bought a 22 with low miles. Been riding for 40 years and multiple bikes. I currently own a Ultra Limited and a Dyna and this bike is the best motorcycle I have ever owned!! At almost 60 years old it brought me back and more!!
Dude! I did the same exact thing and have the same damage! I felt like an idiot but it just got away from me at a dead stop. That weight got me and over it went. FYI, i straighten my clutch lever with a pipe and a wedge.
@@ZizyMoto I did some Research, I was looking at the S&S 475, 465 an the zippers, what I found was the 30/30 starts in the lower RPM and is more linear all the way to the 5200 mark which I think most of us ride, and it will rip, few other components you should consider, Trask checkm8 crankcase breather, S&S tappet cuffs, tappets, oil pump , cam chest, and star racing compensator ramp which I have not done yet but will
@billyfinch7341 thanks so much man. Added all that to the notes. I knew about the cam plate and oil pump especially when I start to full send this bike🔥🤘🏻
If you've never dropped a bike you really haven't been riding much. It will happen. I dropped my Road King years ago when I lost my footing on a gravel lot. It happens. I was doing nothing wrong the gravel just shifted under me. My feelings were hurt more than the bike.
@@ZizyMoto I totally understand. Just saying that it happens to any of us if we spend enough time in the saddle. I've been riding for 26 years at this point. Enjoy and stay safe.

I've been riding for 48 years and I dropped my bike doing 3 mph.! It happens to everybody!
Good conversation bro, appreciate all of the info! Just picked one up this week!
Not a problem thanks for watching!
Engine guard was the first thing I bought when I got mine. I learned my lesson when I dropped my Ninja.
That’s my next purchase for sure!
I think my night train is about the same weight. It's heavey but when riding it doesn't feel heavey I mean it handles like a dream.

I got shortys now. I highly recommend
I’m so close to picking one up . Thanks for the video .
Do it!!!
I have the same bike, installed the Star Racing 30/30 cam you will not be disappointed
How do you like it?

I’m deciding between the Lowrider S and the Breakout. I would lean towards the Lowrider but that pointless fairing just looks so weird imo lol
I’m 5’6” and put 12” meat hanger bars.
How is it for lane splitting and filtering?
that bike is rad
Aye thank you! I’m definitely going to build it from here
Don't know why but the bar seems bent a smidge to me too
I haven’t noticed anything but I plan on putting Moto bars on with risers anyways. Oh and a crash bar😂
Don't beat yourself up, we all drop one eventually. I dropped my low rider s once also. It happens.
I appreciate it. My next purchase is definitely going to be a crash bar
me too

9 years. The Harley was the first. I just wasn’t use to the weight of the bike. Sport bikes are a hell of a lot lighter haha

You too!
TTS cam and tune better than s&s 475 for 117
Thank you! Ima look into it! Still need exhaust first 😅
The fairing does a little compared to nothing at all
You make a valid point
Listening to someone talk about Harleys that doesn't have any real knowledge of them is terrible!
No knowledge all opinion (:
I dropped my too same damage, I was so worried about the tank but it was fine
It’s such a bummer
