He pretty much blew through the yearly years of Queen's struggle with money. They were all broke for a long time and didn't really make any money until the world wide sensation of Bohemian Rhapsody. I heard Brian May say in an interview that if that album wasn't the success that it was their financial situation was so bad at that point that they were considering dissolving the band. Thank God history played out the way it did! We were blessed with so many rock classics because of Queen!

I once lived in Farnham, Surrey and called into an Indian takeaway..one of the orders pinned up caught my eye as the house name was the rather nice old house Roger Taylor owns a few miles away, sure enough the name was Taylor.I mentioned it to the guy serving "thats Queens drummer" - he looked blankly at me and said "The Queen?" That’s weird that he was a millionaire before A Night at the Opera. Roger stated that they were broke before making that record and that the record company/management refused to help John Deacon with a down payment on a house.

I love how he speaks his mind about anything. In the documentary about Adam singing lead, he stood up for Adam when some Queen fans were putting Adam down. I don’t know Roger’s exact words, but he called those people some not so nice words. He said that Freddie is dead, he’s not going to be there (not disrespecting Freddie though). He said he doesn’t want those people to go to concert anyway

That’s weird that he was a millionaire before A Night at the Opera. Roger stated that they were broke before making that record and that the record company/management refused to help John Deacon with a down payment on a house.

Not to mention the picture of Roger Taylor of Duran Duran they threw in. These videos are full of inaccuracies. The one they did of John Deacon has a picture of a house that is NOT Deacon's, it's not even in England! Also, a list of cars that Deaky "might" have.
