Living in America, and because MTV had some stick up their @$$, I had not seen this video until about 1 year ago. Being a Queen fan since just before my teenage years, there were a few songs I’m not in love with. “Break Free” is one of them. I heard the song before the controversy broke about the video. Also, I was pregnant with my first child. I didn’t pay much attention to the controversy and didn’t care about the video because I wasn’t a fan of the song. THAT BEING SAID…When I first saw the video about a year ago, I did not realize that the “schoolgirl” was Roger. After I watched it, I told my husband that Freddie, Brian & John were in the video but not Roger. He decided to watch it with me. He pointed out Roger. I kept rewinding it back because I couldn’t believe how gorgeous he looked as a girl. I don’t think it’s fair for him to be so gorgeous as the man he is AND prettier than I ever was 😫😫😫➖😉😉😉
