    All your videos are awesome - not easy for my 63 year old body but I’m getting movement back I haven’t had in years!

    Hi Kellen!! WOW! I’m really inspired how you’ve designed this series one step at a time: then pulling it together creating the flow. Lots to practice and play with. Can’t wait to experiment with this series

    Thank you Kellen - I so missed practicing with you. I injured my wrist a month ago and cannot weight bear except on fists so have been avoiding my primal flows but I can't do it any longer - I miss this way of moving. MRI is today and I am hoping for good news but if not I am just going to keep moving with you in a modified way - THANK YOU for reminding me how much better it feels when i include primal flows in my movement practice

    Hi Kellen! Just watched and heading to gym: looking forward to roll up to squat variations. Single leg rock up, that will be challenging. But challenging ourselves = the confidence.
    Thank You

    • @StrengthFlowFitness
      @StrengthFlowFitness  Год назад

      Definitely! Keep it challenging but doable so your body can build those new neural pathways progressively. Good luck!

  • @Spdsk8r
    @Spdsk8r Год назад

    I’ll be working on all of this! That was very challenging but fun. I can’t do the one leg stand up…yet 😊 but I did it a lot better than I expected especially since it was my first time trying it. Thank you again

    • @StrengthFlowFitness
      @StrengthFlowFitness  Год назад +1

      Great! The strength to stand up can be developed from the top-down. Single leg sit down to a chair and stand up for reps. Gradually lower the seat to build strength and develop full range of motion! Stay playful & purposeful ✨

      I always encourage folks to spend as much time as they want / need warming up & checking in with themselves. Movement is a like a conversation with the body, it's all about communication 🤍
