To be fair, 1st São Paulo is extremely oversung lmao. Not a fan of that 1st verse. I used Live Aid because other than being extremely iconic, it’s probably the best version of the studio phrasing ever captured on video. About Buenos Aires, I didn’t really think about 4:15, I wanted something very powerful and with great quality to emphasize the moment since it’s the most energetic part of the song, so I thought to use both Wembleys because you know what’s more powerful than one Freddie? Unfortunately South American gigs don’t have really good audio/video quality so they’re not very handy for these types of videos. In order to make it into a “through the years” video, a performance has to be either: - Extremely iconic (ex Live Aid, Wembley) - With great audio/video quality to make the viewer’s experience more pleasant. (Ex. Montreal, Budapest) - Extremely good on the performance’s side (ex. Newcastle). Since I wanted to include everything, I used Monterrey for a small part, where I liked how Freddie sang (didn’t mean to make you cry)

You could top the best one by including more bootlegs(Sun City 1984, Wembley 1978, Live Killers 1979 etc) and sync them w/ available video from similar period(for example Cologne 1982 audio and Tokorozawa 1982 video).
