Saurav Sinha you are my first teacher who made me realise of my talent ..today photography is part of my life and I worship it..thanks for guiding me..lots of love and happy world photography day
I had to hunt through a dozen vids to find this excellent tutorial. In six minutes Saurav told me everything, clearly and concisely. I had to reduce the speed to 0.75 because my mind is slower than his! But in my opinion, the best beginner's video tutorial on RUclips. Thank you so very much Saurav!!!!!!!!!! Truly great stuff there.
Speed was on point in this tutorial :) I usually have to set speed at 2x on other tutorials. He also included some of the most important tips, composition, prime lenses, and level camera! :)
Saurav, you are crisp, to the point, no babbling.... You talk sense every second.. You do not waste time anytime. You demand great attention. This is how RUclips community should grow for evolving fraternity knowledgebase. Kudos dear.
24fps if you want natural looking ( motion blur ) and 60fps if you want to have that smooth look... It's best to use either one of the two mentioned. 24fps = 1/48 or 50 60 fps = 1/120 And depending on how close of far you are from the subject, you should choose wide aperture or closed one. If you're close use 1.8 or around 2.8 and if you're capturing a lot of people in the frame use smaller aperture. I'd prefer to use 1.8 or 2.8 for more light
I've got add it here: I only watch tutorial videos from vloggers based out of the West. Great to see such informative videography tutorials (and even a silver play button.. Hurray!) from a fellow Indian vlogger. Keep up the good work, buddy!👍🏽
hey great video, really useful. 6:34 min video, every second worth it. really helpful for beginner like me. 👍 (not a complain)next time can you pls show us practically with the camera.
I really love the video. So clear, so right on fps, iso and shutter speed. I have seen other pro video but not as clean as your. Saurav, you gave us so much clear information. Thank you.
Hey Saurav, amazing tutorial. So I am new to videography and lighting. I have been trying out 25fps and 1/50aperture. The iso is a big problem, since it is a slightly darker room I keep the iso low for lesser noise. Do let me know how I can light the room to give it a cinematic look
nice video . I have 6d canon, pl tell which focus mode i have to choose in pre wedding shoots or i have to choose manual mode in any mode. like single, live or quick
welldone buddy welldone, your video editing techniques are too excellent, astouuunnnndddiinnggg video, and the second part comes u didn't wasted a single second by saying uhhh, urrghhh, appreciated dude, subscribed
Do you use a green screen in the background? I really like the way the video looks and you really speak great. I knew all about that you talked in the video but I sticked till the end because the video as a whole was looking good to the eyes.
I just have a query. Suppose i want to shoot at 30fps and my shutter speed is 1/60th. So, does changing the iso leads to the changing of shutterspeed as well or should we keep it constant?
You adjust the iso to work with the shutter speed and aperture you've chosen. For example if you set the iso to 100, but your picture is too dark, simply raise the number of the iso until the picture becomes bright enough for your liking.
Great video! In very short video you have stuffed lot of great content. Very helpful. Question about making of this video - How did you mke the video ? I mean - you wrote the content- how much time did you rehearse? How many videos did you add together for editing this? How much time did the whole process take? Pls share info on making of this video.
and while recording you probably took care of all settings. For post production what specific things you had to take care? Did you use prime lens or zoom lense? What kind of lighting this video use? Which software did you use for editing? audio is with shotgun microphone or wireless mic?
+Ishwara Bhat I note down the main points and then I try to elaborate them while speaking. Before recording the video I generally rehearse it twice. For editing it requires a complete whole day. The whole video takes 2-3 days.
What will be the ideal settings for shooting a object like train which is moving towards you, where the focus is always changing as it is moving towards you.WHat should be the ideal setings on the nikkon DSLR?
This guy is also comprehensive with shooting video on your DSLR and talks slower. Not sure if you know him but you could check him out tinyurl.com/Fr0knowsphoto he is FroKnowsPhoto of RUclips as well.
Thanks, I couldn't figure out why my videos on canon M50 were jerky, I will try out your FPS to shutter speed ratio and hopefully my videos will be smoother.
As in the film cameras the landscape or a market scene ... both foreground and background is captured...n the quality looks much better.....bt is there any good lens that shoot video in good quality (without depth of field)
Happy World Photography Day guys! Hope you enjoyed the video :)
