This software is just a bullshit. BECAUSE the ERROR 4013 and 2015 are a HARDWARE issue, so not software issue, dont waste yout time to download programs.

Once I signed up and tried to fix the problem, of course I had to upgrade 🙄 $40 for a 1 month service. I was hesitant and going to delete the program only to find out they offered a 30% discount, ok cool. So I proceeded to pay only to find out it still didn’t fix anything, SMH. I am currently in the process for a full refund because they offer “30 day money back guarantee” “under select terms and conditions” (which I’m sure they’re going to give me a hard time for) I should have initially taken it to the Apple Store instead of trusting the internet’s lies. Point of my story you ask… I waisted 2 hours of my life trying to fix this stupid issue. Heed me warning, DON’T BUY! PS. If the issue gets fixed or I get a refund within a timely manner I will update this comment
Just gonna mention that going to the apple store won’t help. They don’t try to fix it and basically tell you that if it’s out of warranty the “ipad went bad.” They won’t fix for you once they hear or see there’s an error 4013

Do not use an official Apple Lightning cable. Find an off brand USB A-type cable. Not sure why but that seemed to fix my 4013 error code and allowed me to restore
