After I waited a few hours for the software to download, turns out I needed to upgrade to the paid version. Very frustrating! You should have mentioned this in your video so people don't waste their time or know what to expect.
totally agree, should have told us this a pay service software.
This software is just a bullshit. BECAUSE the ERROR 4013 and 2015 are a HARDWARE issue, so not software issue, dont waste yout time to download programs.
I'm in legit desperate because I wanna restore iPad Mini for my grandpa.
You should have told us in the first place we need to pay so we don’t have to waste time waiting to download the firm ware.

I purchase the pro version and not work with a iPad Pro 10.5. The iPad flash a red screen after start repair and reboot, and reboot and reboot with same red screen.

Please, PLEASE!!!! Read the comments first before downloading, let alone purchasing. My iPad Pro 12.9 (4th Gen) was stuck in boot loop *error 4013. I downloaded the free software as recommended. Once I signed up and tried to fix the problem, of course I had to upgrade 🙄 $40 for a 1 month service. I was hesitant and going to delete the program only to find out they offered a 30% discount, ok cool. So I proceeded to pay only to find out it still didn’t fix anything, SMH. I am currently in the process for a full refund because they offer “30 day money back guarantee” “under select terms and conditions” (which I’m sure they’re going to give me a hard time for) I should have initially taken it to the Apple Store instead of trusting the internet’s lies. Point of my story you ask… I waisted 2 hours of my life trying to fix this stupid issue. Heed me warning, DON’T BUY! PS. If the issue gets fixed or I get a refund within a timely manner I will update this comment

Just gonna mention that going to the apple store won’t help. They don’t try to fix it and basically tell you that if it’s out of warranty the “ipad went bad.” They won’t fix for you once they hear or see there’s an error 4013

This is a waste of money didn't fix my iPad. They asked me for the logs and they state it's error 4013. Of course it's error 4013 thats why I purchased this useless product.

With iTunes it happens to me that it downloads all the updates and after an hour it begins to download the firmware. the error code like 9 75 and more

How you fixed the issue ?
Do not use an official Apple Lightning cable. Find an off brand USB A-type cable. Not sure why but that seemed to fix my 4013 error code and allowed me to restore

The people at the store told my brother his iPad could not be fixed and that they would need to get a new one, i hope i could somehow fix it because my brother was really sad and cried because his only other devices are a tv and our dads computer that he can on,y use sometimes,

I had error code 4013, made the mistake of buying there product. I wasted hours trying to fix, waste of time and money. They will not refund my purchase, told me it's a hardware issue and to take it to a repair shop and send them the repair shop report and they would consider refunding me. Don't buy!!

Don't waste your money! You are better off taking your iPad/iPhone to an Apple Store who will be able to tell you exactly what is wrong with it and repair it if necessary!
