So this is the final episode of House of Ashes :( I honestly really enjoyed this and all the twists and turns made it so much better! Thank you to everyone who stuck through the long videos and hopefully you enjoyed them too. I love how the heart beat thing ties in with the vampires love for adrenaline, like you control heartbeat to reduce your adrenaline and fear so they dont detect you

After watching a really critical bigger RUclipsr playthrough, seeing the right people stumble across this game and fully nerd out and appreciate it as much as I did was very special. Thanks Fooster!
After the assault I really thought you'd get the Jason Salim ending with Salim walking away like most people do. But can't belive you got one the most rarest ending in this game. Loved the series. I think this is one of the most well written games out there. I can't even imagine the hard work that went behind this. Again a great series from The duo. ❤️
coolest thing is #4 Devil In Me came out already and the Quarry which was one that wasn't connected so it means in the Dark Pictures anthology SuperMassive Studios has it contracted for 8 total which means we get 4 more games in this series each year next 4 years!!
wait the one where salim stays at the end to be captured is a rare ending? i never had that had the one they had, but in my ending eric survived as well

Oh man, I wasn't ready for this third part to be released so quick. I'm a long distance truck driver in Australia, and pulled over for an hour and a half just to watch it, let's just call it a 'Well Timed Break' shall we? 😅 I loved every part of this story and it's gameplay, I was hooked from the get go. I have to agree with you Fooster, games like this, that have the elements of history, investigation, and most of all CREATURES!!!! BEEF! are just so awesome. I remember you playing a game a while back too that was heavily inspired by the movie 'Signs', man that too was sooo creepy and immersive at the same time, the investigation, the sound (audio), and the constant feeling of being watched by something. I'm giving 'House of Ashes' a good 10/10, just an awesome game. I hope we can see more games like this in the future. Not to forget a notion to everyone's favourite 'bickering old couple', the Fister Team; Thank you and and Fisk for always providing us with such entertainment, I have been a subscriber with you for a few years now, and have always loved your content, happy subscriber for life :D As always, keep up your great work and look forward to seeing you, or you both.... You should definitely play The Quarry it’s made by the same team and has a pretty good story and has around 8 playable characters and at the start you choose who you play with if your playing co-op. You play as camp counselors who are “accidentally” stuck at summer camp for another night but it’s the worst time to be stuck there because something is supposed to happen that night that they weren’t supposed to be there when it happens.
This series was epic. Please do more of these with Fisk. I’m also loving the length of the videos as well.

Absolutely loved hearing the pure excitement in Fooster's voice during this part 😀Interesting to see a diff ending to this story from what I'd seen before too. And the fact that what you choose to talk about & look at (i.e. what your characters learn about) affects your choice possibilities later on is so cool.
The content that goes out on this channel is perfect, like I could give this a few months till it’s off my mind and not refreshed and watch it all over again. Keep up the great work man, can’t wait to come back to it all.

Love the fact you can take decisions in the game that will alter the relationship between characters and also change the way the game goes.

This game is actually part of a full on horror anthology series. 3, including this, are already released, the season finale is coming this year and season 2's first story is coming next year. They're planning on making 8 games in total, each taking inspiration from different urban legends and historic events. Pretty cool
I have to admit it I shed a tear when nick fired the flare 😔. This was a fantastic game to watch u 2 play well done to the devs and u guys👍🏼👏🏼. I watched all 3 episodes today and the time just flew buy 😁. I watched it twice when Chris picked the knife off the floor in the hut it looks so real. This was a 6 hour movie I didn't want to end 😩🙂.

I hope to see more from this creator, the story and character development was insanely good! Plus the choices you had to make or didnt make. This game was 10/10! Just like they said, it covers everything you could want in a story driven game.
absolutely amazing! Thank you both so much for this thrilling journey......... I'd love to see you both have a run on DayZ specifically the Deer Isle map (which is a mod) as it has a lot of unscripted RP opportunities and a journey from the coast to run down towns, sacrifice alters and temples, fighting through zombies and for survival...even toxic gas areas and random gas attacks. You can find RP servers as well as designated PvE & PvP servers all listed in the community servers.

The vision shown at around 42:00 is teasing the next game in the Dark Pictures Anthology, The Devil in Me. House of Ashes was the third game that was released. Man of Medan and Little Hope were the first two. Every game so far has left hints to the next one to be released. If certain choices are picked you see the car accident where Eric loses his leg and learn that it is actually outside of the town of Little Hope.
