Wow, how refreshing. She doesn’t fluff. Not everything is beautiful or stunning. Practical and funny. When someone is this honest with you, you have to subscribe. Great work. Please keep reasonably priced properties coming.
I am nothing if not honest! Since I have no agenda here and I love a renovation. So many houses here need some love and are well priced. Check out my own renovation here ruclips.net/video/OD12oEqXpaQ/видео.html Thank you so much for your comment, it made my day. Thanks for watching. x
I live for notifications of a new video from you. I swear you say everything I am thinking. That electrical monstrosity is a NOPE, your instincts are on point.
Dear Annette, when you said, "come on in," (@3:03)I had to hit the rewind button a few times . Your attempt at positivity made me chuckle out loud…😂 THANK YOU for being the highlight of my day. 😂 Honestly, I prefer your down-to-earth comments and opinions way more. 💖 Can't wait for the next video - keep the hilarity coming!
Funny humor as usual. I do think the garage and backing up straight to that turnaround spot could work fine, not a problem. It's more fun to see a mixed bag property like this than a total teardown or letdown, thanks for picking this one, and keep 'em coming. Ciao
Great feedback. I agree with you. I have so many ideas for this property. I think we could make the driveway wider, I have been thinking about a great solution. Backing up for some people is an option, but it is a big drop so some may be afraid, me included. One wrong move and oh oh...Thank you for watching. Love your comments! x
Interesting. The property next to me has aMains Tower running across it. After umpteen years your head blocks it out. However, I think there is an unhealthy element to these things. Sometimes you can hear the "Corona" where ther is a suspension point. You can really hear it on HUmid days.
I'm new and it is definitely all about Annette! Okay, the tower. There was one at a golf course I used to play. Whenever I got to holes 7-9 my body would hum and when somebody touched me they got a little static shock. It never hurt me except for the fatigue while i was near that spot. It was freaky for sure.
Thanks for another video. Yes for sure I would not buy near a power line. I just checked it: In the Netherlands distance to big powerlines to a house needs to be at least 50m. But that is very little. I would want at least 350m distance if I would buy a house.
You are just as hilarious as you are brilliant, Anette! We are looking into finding a property in Italy ourselves and your videos are a great source of information. Ready to narrow our search down to the Fivizzano area just to get a chance to run into you on the piazza! How the F do you only have 3K followers?
Thanks let's definitely have a coffee in the piazza. We've just started the channel it's growing. Thank you so much for your great comments. Thanks for subscribing! Hey tell your friends! All the best. x
The power lines not withstanding, and the age, which isn't very old. My house in Houston is 107 years old. I liked the architecturally balanced classic shape of the house. IT has a good amount of space and bedrooms. I'd like at least 150 sq meters of floor though .That extra building would be a nice work shop. IT has possibilities. the location seems great i love the mountain views and the cute village. IS it to remote?
I agree about the proximity of power lines being unhealthy. Also, you are too funny and honest. You remind me of my friend's Sicilian mother when she was younger. She always gave her honest opinion in a funny way.
😆🤣😂 entertaining as usual. re: space layouts, it's true that many Italian homes have very haphazzard floorplans. I'm assuming this was the result of bigger families in the past and making due with what they had to work with.
Lol! I have lived next door to “an erector set” electrical line for 12 years. My husband and I are perfectly healthy. Really. No cancer, no 80 pound tomatoes (a la Cousin Eddy) no hair standing on end. 🙂
You can have the electromagnetic fields measured and compare to the international standards. Its call an NIR (Non-Ionizing Radiation) survey. These surveys can also be done for wireless systems ie: 5G. If tower is for electrical power transmission its at 50 Hz,if it is a wireless tower your talking in the GHz.
Think the price is high for the amount of work, garage issue and mostly unuseable and small yard. Been looking at properyies for almost a year and this seems too high.
Agreed, but one can always make an offer. Nothing is written in stone. Federico is great to work with. Thank you for the feedback, thanks for watching. x
Although 'Electrical Erector Sets are quite ugly, they should not automatically be classified as a carcinogen. They are a visual hindrance are 'High Tension' and some can include transformers, that depending of their age, can present issues. For me personally, from a visual point of view it would disqualify the consideration for purchasing this house.
I agree with you about the electricity pylon! I am as careful as you are about this issue. I would trust you and your 'woman's nose' far more than other property promoters on here who rave and gush about everything being charming... so much so that there is no discrimination.. all properties are 'fabulous' apparent.
Very funny you could instead of bleeping the bad words, maybe try not saying the bad words🤔🤣 but in a serious note, location is awesome, property is not that bad considering the price tag, but you are very entertaining, keep it up, and you’ll stay forever young😊👋
It actually does not obstruct the view that much. It just makes me nervous, the views at this house are really beautiful. I might even overlook my fear of the tower. Thanks for your feedback. Thank you for watching x
OMG! Where have you been these last 4 years I’ve been property hunting? Just stumbled across you in this video and I almost choked on my chicken sandwich several times. You are hilarious! It’s like watching vids from your no -BS best friend who is looking for a house for you. I follow another property finder in Italy who describes the smallest room as large and the most horrific $#&! hole as gorgeous. Not sure is she’s nearsighted, delusional, gaslighting us or if everyday is Opposite Day with her. Drives me nuts. No chance of that with you. You say what we’re thinking! Could not subscribe fast enough.
your right about the Power Lines

you mean the tower was near hole 7-9>
@@mradventurer8104 are you purporting to tell me about the tower or where I was on the course? I even know what year it was.

It is not remote that's why it's so cool. Just about a gorgeous fifteen minute drive from Fivizzano which has amenities. Thanks for watching x
You crack me up Annette!! Cheers Kirk
Thank you for watching x
ditto...cracks me up with her humor, and moreover, fearlessness to bring honesty to the table every time :)
You are the voice in my head, love it
of course I am we have the same name LOL thanks so much for watching x

Ya the driveway, electrical monstrosity, and the backyard climb out weigh the pluses for me even though it's a great view.
You sound so fun to be around (s/) Time to lighten up on the pasta
I will never lighten up on the pasta, NEVER! Body shaming is not a thing. I love my body! x

You are absolutely right! Never live near those big power lines, especially bad for children.

I agree, do not buy property near electric or cell phone towers!
Power line doesn't look that close.
I’d pass for many reasons. Thanks Doll😘
price?
Check description
proprio una figata!
Also would not live next to power line!

Buying this house near the Pylon is a definite NO!
Very funny you could instead of bleeping the bad words, maybe try not saying the bad words🤔🤣 but in a serious note, location is awesome, property is not that bad considering the price tag, but you are very entertaining, keep it up, and you’ll stay forever young😊👋

Nah I ain’t living near no electrical tower either.
Right? It's the only thing that would turn me off about this project. Otherwise it's in a gorgeous area with an incredible view. Thanks for watching x
The electric tower is just plain ugly and obstructs the view.

Not a healthy environment next to that eyesore!
House should be good. But all video is about this woman. No good angle for rooms . Instead speak should show the home. Boring because her!.
