You are in Italy, men are butch! And yet loving. I was a tour guide from Germany and the first time I arrived in Italy with my group I thought I was at home. 24 years later I'm back in NZ battling cancer and all I can think of everyday is being home in Italy. Oh God beam me up Scotty to Italy now!
Yes, please show more of these types of small vacation homes! I would love to buy one near Fivizzano around this price point! Small and quaint to make it so pretty!
That would be perfect for me 😍 I would totally bring back the stone wall and make that room upstairs a bathroom with a tub 🛁. I am tiny so perfect size for me. Will check back after my house sells to see if its still available 🤞
I love your vlogs. You and Frederico are like Phil and Kristie from Location, Location, Location. I am an Italian living in Australia and hoping to retire to Italy soon. Originally my family are from Trieste but I do love Tuscany, particularly Fivizzano. I think this one may be too small. Also I know Italians are great artisans but is there a problem with getting excellent tradesmen? Anyway your channel deserves far more subscribers than it has. For my part it is brilliant.
As Texans looking to live in Italy part-time I love this little house. The price is not outrageous and is negotiable. This could be a wonderful place to escape the Texas heat in the summers. I agree with you, expose the stone and clean up the garden. I'd also add a bathroom upstairs.
I love Julie Montague’s little Italian (RUclipsr) home which I believe is in the town in Fizziano. It looks like it’s in a perfect size town. I would love you to show more homes like that.
My grandmother never liked quilts because when she was a kid quilts were literally the remnants of other blankets cobbled together to keep from freezing. (Like the stone indicating poverty)
2:26 what do they say about acorns? We will never know? ;( I like it that you show properties of different values. You have some great ideas. The sauna idea is very nice but we need to remember that the room is also very suitable as bedroom for two small kids upto say 12 year old. An adult could also sleep there too (but be careful bumping the head).
I like the aerial shots as well, but it would be good if you could put an arrow as to where the house was located in that aerial shot. If that’s something you can do without infringing on any type of privacy that is or just a general circle or something to get some idea where it’s located in the aerial view of the town.
Isn't semi-detached just another way of saying attached? Painting a fresh plaster wall, you have to wait 3-4 weeks for it to dry. Skim coat of plaster 3-4 days. Also, if there is concrete stucco on the exterior, you may have moisture issues inside the walls as stone houses were built to breath through the lime plaster and mortar. Stone houses are cute, but there can be a lot of issues with them.
In the northeast mountains areas you can find interesting accommodations quite cheap. Carnia Valley and the Tarvis district in Friaul offer a lot, as well as the some valleys in Belluno province.
Thank you Annette and Federerico for another great episode. I have some questions for you! Yes please send more like this on the small side and priced like this. However, I would like to know more regarding a semi detached home, regarding the land and the land boundaries with this type of housing? Could you note on how this all works? How is the land defined or divided between the two houses? is ALL the deeded land shared between two houses? How would you put a garden in or determined how much to use as a vegetable garden if boundaries aren’t set? Or fencing it in to keep animals out of the garden etc.. what is the etiquette here? As not all neighbors are good neighbors unfortunately and you never know what you’re gonna get. If I were to put a Pacina in, I would want to have my own privacy and I love to garden so I would like to know how this all works. I would be so thankful If you and Federico could cover this in another episode or add a reply here as others also are interested. For Example..does the owner of the other half of the house have the land on their ” other semi detached side “ of the house and the side you are purchasing has “deeded” boundaries so its clear who has what and what is private to you on the side of the home that you purchase ? Or do you just share all land? I really don’t have problems with neighbors but this whole semi- detached housing is really something I’m struggling to get an understanding of. Thanks again.❤
btw the semi detached home is really common and usually you have your own entrance and fenced part of garden, it just means a part of the house (the walls) is connected to another house but in some rare cases it can be also a shared garden. you have to ask the agent or owner, and of course everything has to be written in the documents.
I am with you, overpriced...no counter space, i like a tub...Annette are you and Fredrico soul mates of a kind...lol..the garden is sloped down hill, so extra cost for putting in the 2nd bath with a tub...
I love that we have to walk through the village. I love that village it's wonderful. That house is the perfect starter home, great location. I think with a few styling touches it could be really lovely.
If you enjoyed this tour, be sure to check out nearly 50 others on my channel...
This is a third of the house, what about the other two parts, you can see a driveway from a bird's eye view too? :-)TSC
Why all the complaining, very annoying

You never let Frederico finish his story about the Acorn! 😂
he was showing it to me, no story though, he cracks me up!
@AnnetteJosephstyle You're adorable! Listen again, lol! He said "Here they say that acorns . . ." Then you interrupted him. Acorns what?
@@AnnetteJosephstyle You are always interrupting and he is trying to be so nice to you. So rude.
@@AnnetteJosephstyle there was a story regarding a local saying about acorns. I was also wondering what the story is...;)
adorable and doable! tiny for sure! through all the videos we decide community and a little village nearby is important! thx!

Cute and the garden is a huge plus.
Mister Magoo was so cute! 😍

For such a small house, the floorplan is well optimized. Price might need to come down just a bit, but not a bad vacation pad.

Cute, the price is good and is a short distance to Fivizzano. ❤
The aerial shots of the town are beautiful. Not sure how much of the garden belongs with the house but seems large. Nice small place !!
The entire garden. Thanks for watching

yeah very cute you can have it
Nice place!
You are all class.

I think this could be a little jewel box.. If not another bathroom maybe closet/storage?
Unfortunately, the concrete plaster damages the stone walls, because it keeps the water inside.
If as an Australian buys it, is it hard to rent out if i don't live there? Maybe when i retire. Want something close to ski resort

Why do most Italion home have a dining table in the living room AND the kitchen?
No idea.
Time to send Frederico for the car.

You need to contact Federico he can help you. info@immobiliarecardellini.it
€50,000 is a ripoff !!! Just 10 years ago you could buy a stone mansion for this price. Now you get a run down 1 bedroom apartment?
Ciao! If you have some well-priced properties to share with us, we would love to film them. Thanks for watching.
Federico wants us to see the village...at the expense of your legs! Overall this place is a meh. Ciao
