Oh! MY! GAWWWD! This was the most negative Italian real estate tour I have ever watched! I laughed out loud! Hysterical! Thank you for taking us along.
Annette, you are complaining too much. I understand that you’re not a real estate person, but the complaining was excessive and not professional. Maybe if you dressed for the hot weather it would’ve been a wiser choice. You’re entitled to your opinion, but it should’ve been said in a more professional manner. When viewing a house, it’s important to be respectful and to avoid making too many negative comments. And for instance, the viewer that commented about your weight and your husband giving you a prescription that was not a etiquette comment and unnecessary.
Our house in Houston had a 3' spiral stair going to the master suite. It never bothered me much but my wife hated it, and sort of fell on it couple of times. when we remodeled I built a new stair that went up to a rectangular landing and then up in the opposite direction. no triangle stairs. you'd like it.
Not gonna lie, I love that tiny house. It would be amazing if it was sold along with something adjacent so it could be used primarily as a guest room. So much character.

I'd never complain about the size of a place because everyone has different needs and different fitness levels. I've bought really large houses and really small houses in Sicily and as I age I prefer a smaller place. My issue with this cute little nido is the location. I agree- no way I could stand the cliffs hanging over me. From the moss everywhere outside I think you'd be without sun quite a bit of the year too. You can build more shade but you can't build more sunlight!
I agree with everything you've said. The layout of the place is challenging along with everything you stated. I like you have lived in small places and large places. This one just was not for me. Watch today's video I think this one is a winner. Thanks for watching.

Do have to park far. If so how many steps or minutes to tjis small villa ?. It was kinda funny your camera person got stuck. Replace the spiral with a iron extra wide one. Would have like a better look at the kitchen. Opposite wall just a flat wall. Cupboards would have liked to see them better. I think its really a $50 thousand dollar home. I see it with lots of colorful plants and climbing roses

I’d love to see something a little larger with some of the character, a normal staircase, the stone, the cotta& the beams are beautiful. Something with an outside space for a garden approximately 1500sq.meters. Not too far from a small town, possibly overlooking a town or with valley views. I challenge Federico.❤ and I agree with you Annette, I don’t want to be tucked in behind a mountain. I’d like to be higher with open expansive views.❤

I like wine tours but this "whiney tour" is a whole new level of entertainment. I like the tall, jagged mountains. Nice to see the thermal spa/hotel and agree it has potential to be a magnificent center so too bad it isn't easier to remodel. Did you ever do a summer tour of Lerici or one of the coastal towns of cinque terre? I remember you mentioning a few months back that this was on the To Do list.
