Your video seemed good but you babbled on about things that I didn't need necessarily to know.. I've been using a TENS machine myself for several years but I wanted some different advice.. but unfortunately you just seem to babble on about things that weren't necessarily needed to be in the video

By the way, the tens can be cleaned with alcohol wipes. This how u can remove the oil that's on them.

Just want to say thanks! Pinched nerve in my neck radiating down through the left arm has been torture for weeks! Your exercises have helped tremendously and I am having my first TENS unit delivered today.

Isn’t it dangerous to place them so high/near your throat? I’m scared because the manual says never to use it near the heart, never on the ribs, face, throat or genital.

I have reused pads by wetting them in a corningwear container. Never put them w/o removing the skin oil. Avoid open skin.

I messed up and put it directly on my spine and neck. I'm feeling dizzy. Should I be concerned

What if your neck pain leads to headaches and migraines? I've been taking meds for both for about 10 years I just can't get rid of them. I've also got a pinched nerve in my lower back from Spinal Stenosis causing massive pain in my right hip down to my right foot... Just looking for anything for pain relief. I had to quit my really good job because I was taking too many pain meds to make it through the day because of the pain.

I have a really nice TENS Unit that also has IFC and HMES, and though the unit came with instructions on where to put the pads I didn't find ithem very clear. I'm glad I came across this video.

Love how the camera man quickly adjusts the angles that Dr Bob was working with. A true pro. 👏👏👏.

I'm at work right now with an iRelieve on my neck. Just running 2 pads on the proximal trap. I helps a TON!

Two questions please: just received the ET 8080. #1 Can TNS or EMS be used for maintenance or are they only effective when used on an active problem area? In other words, if I don't have a sore knee at the moment, can I use TENS or EMS as a preventative measure?
