I had 24-hour back pain. Tried everything and nothing worked. After the first time I used the TENS unit my pain went away. The best way is just relax let the TENS unit do the work know when to stop using it.

When my father had serious back pain the TENS unit was the only thing that gave him even temporary relief. He was under a Dr.’s care, but the TENS was recommended by my son (a physical therapist). We were so grateful to find it. And I definitely feel like it gave him enough pain relief that he could then manage what the Dr. wanted him to do. Of course there needs to be precautions, and warnings for proper use. But our experience with using it then, and since, has been overwhelmingly positive!

I didn't find this video to be "dry".. Precautions are essential for all medical devices and medicines.
Bob & Brad, it's quite possible this little video will help prevent serious injury by someone, like wearing it in water, or sleeping with it on. Actually, all the precautions are essential.
My doctor has cleared me to use a tens unit for my back pain.
I'll be checking your other videos regarding the tens unit and it's actual application. The included instructions that come with the unit are not very clear.
Thanks, guys! I appreciate you and your very helpful instructions! ❤

Bob and Brad are very helpful. I've been using one for years and get great relief. I'm 60+ and take no meds for fibro and RA. I have had no ill affects from wearing while sleeping. The gel pads cause me no skin irritation even when wearing for hours. My mother on the other hand had issues with the pads and stopped using it altogether.

Back in 2008 when I was 16 I slipped off a wrestling mat and rolled my ankle to the point it damaged the nerves in my foot and toes. Couldn’t walk on it and couldn’t bend my toes to pick up something with my foot. Maybe I was young and going to recover anyways, but I opted into a study at the physio place on a combo of simultaneous cold therapy and TENS treatment and it boosted my recovery rate greatly. Maybe it was dumb young luck, but it helped greatly.

I have the wireless TENS unit. Periodically I would like to use it on spots on my back that I cannot easily reach with those sticky pads. I would like more, options and ideas for maybe a homemade wrap that these things fit in that you could wrap around your waist or your hips? I'd like any tips on how to avoid those sticky expensive application things. I don't get rashes from them, but they don't last very long at all, reusing is a joke, And they are expensive.

I've have treatment from a large one is a professional doctor's office years ago and they are SO much better! Large and more powerful if they know where to put electrodes. these guys are hilarious

It definitely has curative value! I bought one for the first time during excruciating sciatica pain and it gave me so much relief, I will now no longer be without this little jewel! Absolutely nothing else worked for me and I was in so much pain! After a week my sciatica pain was gone and there was just a little residual aches, for which I continued using until it was completely gone (about two weeks)
These little devices are worth their weight in gold!! Trust me!!

I need help!! I think I have pudendal Neuralgia because I’ve been sitting a lot on a wooden chair during quarantine and my penis started to feel numb. It’s a little hard to get an erection, it’s definitely numb, I feel nerves, sometimes burning. I also feel tingling on my testicles when I try to ejaculate. I’ve been dealing with this for the past 2 weeks. I don’t want surgery. I just want medications or any other treatments that help reduce the pain and the nerve blocks that make me feel horrible. My last question would be... is it curable?? Can you guys make a video about this?? A lot of people are going to experience this because we’re sitting down at home.

Since these are mostly used for muscle pain, I can't see how it could work on bones or an artificial hip. But if the pain is the result of the surrounding muscle tissues being irritated, it might help. But since you're talking about using it with an implanted device, I would definitely ask your doctor first.

I had similar problem. I started taking Vitamin K2 in form of MK7 and it came with 1000 units of vitamin D( earlier I had taken vitamin D 60000 iu weekly for 3 years --slight betterment that's all)
Along with it I started taking Magnesium. I couldn't get a proper type ( there are 7 types it seems with different forms) i wanted to go for Magnesium Malate but we had only one brand which had it and it was quite costly . So i took pumpkin seeds which have very high magnesium ie about 15 gm every day.
The MK7 had immediate effect within 2 hours. Though my pulse rate went high by 10Points for first few days 2 hours after taking it for about 2-3 hours. So i started taking it alternate days till my body got used to it in about 12 days.
It's been 6 weeks now I'm feeling good. If I stop taking it for 2 days the pain returns.
This has happens twice. I have had these pains for nearly 10 years. Now due to this I had become obese and very inactive my muscles have lots of cramps and issues. Like stiff calf muscles, sciatic pain, pain in right traps. However if I get a massage this pain goes away. Earlier the pain relief was very low for short time.
Also I started sleeping better and got another hour of sleep. I noticed that on days I get short of sleep due to work or travelling the pain comes back.
Thus I conclude that I need to take MK7 and sleep well and if I have pain get massage to keep pain away.
Next I need to slowly strengthen my muscles by phyiso, yoga and rehab exercises. Finally this will give me strength to walk and build muscles to loose weight.
That will be the ultimate step to become normal.
This last 6 weeks has been the most painfree I have been in 10 years. To imagine just a small vitamin capsule did it for me coupled with some sleep and occasional massage.
PS: I live in India so many supplements are not available in India..
