Woohoo ! I can do handstand plank against the wall , back to wall.... I can’t quite do the handstand with legs along wall though... just lifted legs a bit on furniture but could not go all the way vertical. But plank with feet on wall and handstand I can do it ! I feel STRONG 💪! Back bend on blocks unreachable if legs folded under . Can do a modified version with legs in front, and blocks flat. My back just does not bend back that much when bending back on knees either.
The ‘block-tower-spine-release’ felt fantastic! Thank you for this class and helping so many practice during 2020. Looking forward to the January challenge...

Especially when lift up the body pressing on hands on sitting positin, handstand and also the last bakbend position. Kino, Could you please recommend easier practice on your channel for preparation to this one? Again, thank you. Namaste. 🙏😁
