I did 20 minutes with you while on my bed. All I did was lift my knees to my chest, and held it for twenty seconds, and rested for 20 seconds. So for me, it was all core. Wow, you would never think that just by holding a posture and breathing, would do so much. Years ago I think you were in Miami. If you've moved to Scandinavia, enjoy.🤗😍😎

This instructor has a lot going for her with personality and motivation; however, this is not a well-balanced routine. There is way too much spinal flexion (exercises similar to crunches) strengthening and no spinal extension strengthening (needed for low back strength). This is not good for people’s low backs. Please consider re-recording with more of a balanced routine. Chair pose is an example of a spinal extension strengthening exercises. She could also do supine arm and leg lifts to strengthen the low back.
I have repeated this class countless times and it just keeps getting more and more relaxing and awesome...

I still live in Miami, but I’m in Europe teaching. I’ve been in Norway leading a retreat for the last few weeks and it’s beautiful here.
