I've been a fan of the Kubiak/Shan school since 2012; when Texans were incredible and Kyle took it to the next level with a running QB in 2012; and I'd love to see him coaching Lamar Jackson.

I don't think the running ruined him; I think play action heavy with 1 less defender (optioned off) made him look great in 2012.
