Packersfan 12 Agreed. NO run game either. Lacy was packing the pounds and James Starks was just... no. 2015 was such a tough season, we lost all 3 home games against our division opponents, including losing a 25 year streak of beating the lions at home. And that week 16 Cardinals game... Oh God
Mike McCarthy is an atrocious coach. I respect Aaron Rodgers so much, and believe he's the most talented QB to ever play the game, and that McCarthy would be working as a mall Santa Claus if it weren't for AR's brilliance. That was evidenced in 2017 when AR went down and they finished 3-8, and 2 of those 2 wins were against the Browns and Bucs in freaking Overtime. I hope one day AR gets the kind of team, defenses, and coaching that Brady's been able to ride his whole career.

I remember this game. We got exposed big time other teams started copying what Broncos did to us. Rodgers only throwing for 77 yards pathetic. One of the most frustrated year as a Packers fan.
Granted, no QB, including Tom Brady and Cam Newton (who was MVP), had zero answers against that defense. Ben Roethlisberger was the only QB that year to throw over 300 yards against them.
That 2019 49ers defense was great but it simply wasn’t better than the 2015 Broncos defense…and keep in mind these Broncos had a worse QB and running game too so the defense had to do almost all the heavy lifting
This was literally Denver's only easy win that 2015 season; outside of that, it seemed like every other game they won that year was a nail-biter that was always up in the air into the 4th quarter
All those teams had better offenses. Denver won the super bowl despite having an offense that did everything it could to lose games. None of the teams you mentioned could've done that. So... yeah.

Finally a solid win for us that year....so many weak calls against us and they weren't calling any holding against GB, Richard Rodgers was holding half the time on the line, and we still took them by almost 20.
The Broncos won the championship that year because of Wade Phillips. In spite of the chronically bad game plans of Gary Kubiak. The absolute worst head coach to ever win a Superbowl.
This was the game that shut everyone up about broncos being lucky lol , even in the beginning of the game cris was saying broncos was lucky to be undefeated 😂 🤣
Considering how pathetic their offense was they actually were lucky to be 6 - 0 up to that point. Their defense literally had to outscore their offense in some games.
Outside of one hot stretch in 2016, Aaron Rodgers hasn’t been the same Quarterback since this game. Although it looks like he’s finally starting to round back into old form
Rewatching this game is exactly how I remembered it. Broncos ran man almost all night, pressured Rodgers, and the Packers receivers couldn’t get open. McCarthy got bailed out by WR talent for a long time, but when he didn’t have a lot of it, he couldn’t succeed. Couldn’t scheme anyone open. Just generic shotgun play-calling.

People forget that Denver started off 4-0 the next year. After game 4 win, Emanuel Sanders Complain he wasn't getting the ball enough. You're 4-0 and you have a rookie quarterback and you have the nerve to whine. Look at the KC game here in 2016. Simeon hits Fowler on a 3rd and long to put Denver up by 8 with two minutes left. KC. Scores with no time remaining and converts 2. Denver loses in overtime. It wasn't the only time Denver's defense lapsed in critical times that year. Simeon was not the second coming of Unitas, but we are seeing guys like Purdy and Howell succeeding with good coaches. If I had one complaint of John Elway was his choices of head coaches after Kubiak. If you are going to develop a quarterback, hire a coach that can develop. Denver has never drafted a quarterback and then develop them long term. Ever! Griese and Cutler were the closest, and they were only successful for a couple years. My bad for the length of this. Just frustrated. There are good quarterbacks out there to develop. They don't need to be first rounders, they need to be coached
The foot problems probably took place after this game or something. It had to have been because peyton physically looked really good in this game. Even on the deep balls that were incomplete you could def see he has plenty of arm strength to push it deep very well
He tore his plantar fascia on a completion on a bootleg pass to Owen Daniels across field vs the Colts. He also apparently wasn’t fully healed from his torn quad from 2014 either until about a few weeks before he returned vs San Diego. He played through far more injuries than I think he or the team willingly let on to. Peyton’s post-surgery mechanics depended heavily on using his legs & footwork to generate extra power to get torque on the ball since he couldn’t generate as much via his arm post-surgery. That is why his arm looked so much worse. He couldn’t generate as much velocity on his passes as consistently if the part of his body he used most (his legs) to generate torque on the ball was compromised. Thank God the Broncos defense was so good. Peyton - for all of his struggles - led the NFL in GW’ing Drives (5) & 4th Qtr. Comebacks (4) in 2015 & was 8-1 in one score games where he played all 4 Qtrs. 2015 was the lone time in his 18 year career that his team’s chances at winning or losing wasn’t almost entirely dependent on how he played. First time he ever had to be a complementary player & he managed to do it in a season of struggles that might’ve broken players with a weaker will. Peyton definitely was carried by his defense - as was the whole offense in general - to the Super Bowl 50 championship, but he did his part in earning it as well by being at his best when the chips were down (110.9 Passer Rating on drives w/ 2 min or less in the 4th Qtr, 108.3 Passer Rating on drives w/ 4 minutes or less left in the 4th Qtr.)

Bro Thanks
Can't wait until football comes back
In this night, Denver broke GB's offense. And we haven't recovered since.
2012 Week 1 Steelers @ Broncos
I remember this game the Broncos defense absolutely destroyed the Packers offense.
This is one game you didn't really have to upload, lol.
Muff Fuzz lol we all have that game we don't want to remember.
we sure do, lol.
Muff Fuzz For us Broncos fans it’s, dare I say it, Super Bowl 48. What a tragedy
This is the Green Bay equivalent to the "Scott's Tots" episode of The Office.
To be fair you guys always seem to beat the Broncos for some reason when we go to Lambeau
Only teams that Ive ever seen wreck Rodgers this bad were the Broncos, my Giants and the Bills
Von Miller was on another level dude should of won nfl mvp but nfl wouldn't give a defensive player that accolade
Every time Aaron Rodgers gets sacked, a kid in Africa gets a free meal
Manning's last career regular season win.
Hey Bart do you happen to have pats vs texans 2009
8:50: Verizon, Toyota, GE & The Good Dinosaur
57:45: Mercedes-Benz, AT&T, The Peanuts Movie & Nike
1:19:32: Southwest, Microsoft Surface, Kia Sorento & The Peanuts Movie
1:43:07: BMW, DirecTV, Walmart & Nationwide
This is probably a worst rodgers game in his carrer so far, but 2015 broncos defense is so sensational.
His 2nd worse career game just happened vs the 49ers a few days ago. Wasnt as bad as this game though.
I went to that game 4 years ago. I sat on the left side of the stadium.
2020 Bucs killed him in the regular season
This was the game where I knew the defense was Legit and the whole No Fly Zone nickname really started to stick.
1:19:39 this was a hell of a hit
Aaron rogers got embarrassed this game, but that definitely should've been forward progress
Can you do a series of 2014 Packers season?
I agree
Packers vs dolphins
Packers vs Seahawks
Shaq barrett won a sb with Tom Brady and Peyton manning how many players can say that?
I was there on my Birthday November 1st turning 30 and we won the Superbowl 👌🏽
Can we go back to these times.
9:28 is when the Scary-Good defense took the field!
The foot problems probably took place after this game or something. It had to have been because peyton physically looked really good in this game. Even on the deep balls that were incomplete you could def see he has plenty of arm strength to push it deep very well
Next week against the colts I believe.
after foot injury he was never the same. glad he got one more ring
@@P0RKINS2 well said
If my memory serves me correct, then Payton go to the hospital right before the Super Bowl and then retire or am I thinking something else?
I’m a packers fan and this game made me black out. Disgusting offense performance McCarthy was so stubborn this year he should of played Janis and abbrederris more over Richard Rodgers who is so slow. We really missed jordy that year and Davante Adams was going thru growing pains and was injured he bounced back in 16 and 17 and now is a hell of a player and a top 15 wr
I was here at this game
2015 Week 1: Ravens vs Broncos
Ref: _Throws flag_
Player: _in disbelief_ *MAN!! I Didn't do NOTHIN*
NFL: _shows player doing something against the rules from 123.5 angles_
Player: *Whatever, yall are horrible*
I’m here from the future to say that Aaron Rodgers is playing against his future team.
No broncos got wilson
We always seem to play so week as the underdog
How tf were the Broncos an underdog in this game
jaxtw9 because the nfl loves to suck the packers/rodgers off. The broncos were playing better leading up to this game.
peluchin123100 Bullshit. Their defense was. The offense was hit and miss like it was most of the season. A healthy Rodgers vs. an inconsistent Manning they should’ve been underdogs
Idk I had Denver winning by double digits
Honestly probably because their offense hadn’t stepped up for a while
C'mon RUclips, video has commercials then you give us commercials. Give us a commercial channel and video channel. I'm getting tired,I'm sure others are also
Peyton's last GREAT game
4:27 R.I.P
Damn we saw Ronnie Hillman right before, I remember watching both DT and Ronnie play, and I’m sure they were even better people R.I.P.
@@elevatorelliot714 Rip Ronnie man 2 broncos greats gone way to soon
That Nike comercial was underrated
2021 Rules forever I'm state farm forever. Steve Fikes Geico forever. 💚💚💚💚💚🍻🍺👍.
Clay Mathews was talking with helium....or is he related to Truman Capote? The Broncs took Rodgers to the wood shed....epic.
Als speech still holds true 😂
RIP Ronnie Hillman and Demaryius Thomas
They held prime Aaron Rodgers to 77 yards. Insane
Never gonna be as great as farve, mr Rodgers
what happened with Rodgers when he got top 10 Defense on that years? any excuse?
This 2015 broncos deffense have 0 chances against his receivers, for me is more broncos than rodgers.
Forgot how bad Davante Adams used to be...now he's the best WR in the league. What a crazy turn around
I mean he was just young
@@elevatorelliot714 he was a 2nd year wideout who was drafted in the 2nd round. Most receivers have breakout seasons at that point in their career.
@@LDW995 most 2nd round WR’s don’t have breakout seasons in year 2. He wasn’t good his 2nd year, but he wasn’t bad either. Would you have liked him to be better with Nelson’s injury? Yes. I probably would’ve liked to see a mini-leap but he wasn’t bad, he just wasn’t good yet.
@@LDW995 ok I do see your point about the leap thing, now that I think about it.
I’ve never seen Aaron Rodgers look so defeated
Can you stop playing to many advertisments that are way to long
RIP DT
More brilliantly incisive input from Michelle Tafoya.
Imagine if this game ended in a tie
